This place is far and away the best sub shop in the Binghamton area, that I've been to. Being a native of Broome County, I've eaten at a great number of places that serve sandwiches, so i've left few stones unturned sub-wise. Jersey Mikes slices all their meats and cheeses to serve them, not before. For example if you order a cheesesteak they slice the beef then and put it on the grill as you wait. Fresh cut deli when you order and fresh toppings that made for a great quick bite on the drive south. Found our new pit stop because the on/off from I-81 was really easy. Service was polite and did a great job keeping the place tidy.
