Best pizza in town! All locations are great, love the vestal location and the chipotle pizza they make! They seem to do more specialty pies but you still can’t beat Nirchi’s! A place so good they only have to compete with itself.

We had placed an online order for 2 round pizzas. We placed our order around 5pm and did not get our pizza until almost 6:30pm. That’s way over the hour wait that is typical for online ordering. Upon receiving the pizzas they looked like the following pictures below. I ended up calling to inform the manager, (Morgan Chilson, who was a b****) about how our pizzas came to us well over an hour and not only that but they were messed up. She said and I quote, “I know this is Erika, and you know how a restaurant works”. Regardless of me previously working there, there was no reason for that comment to be made. (As a normal restaurant would be apologetic about a mess up they made)I told her it doesn’t matter if I worked there or not, I’m a customer who ordered from this “restaurant” and I would like a new pizza and my money back. The only reason I wanted a refund was because we now had to wait OVER AN HOUR again for our pizzas. So in total we ordered our pizzas at 5pm and never actually got to eat our food until after 7:30pm. That is absolutely ridiculous. Very rude staff. Terrible management. Probably because the 2 managers are sleeping together. Regardless of this, I still do not recommend this Nirchis chain, as for when I worked there they had roaches. Do not go to this so called “restaurant” you might get a roach as a side dish LOL

The food was amazing and employee's where very polite and accommodating. We asked for extra food after calling, and they smiled and added the extra food on no problem. I would have rated the atmosphere a 5 star, but while clean and friendly, it's still kind of cramped. Although it's a joint building so not really a whole lot of room to expand unless they relocate.

Hot and fresh delivery of the best pizza and wings in town. Regardless of the location, Nirchi’s should be your number one choice. The main street location is blessed with a wonderful delivery driver who possesses a great attitude for customer service. Don’t go anywhere else!
I ordered a circle pie and it looked like a pizza they serve at chuckee cheese and it's super doughy with no flavor. The mozzarella sticks were cold and way too much breading, and the sauce is off and just not right.

Nirchis Main Street has been a traditional thing for our home. We get a sheet and bunch of wings of various flavors every Friday. It’s been years and we are never let down. It’s the BEEEESSSTTT around! I don’t personally know anyone who works there but it’s always been a hit in this house! Keep it up guys. You’re putting smiles on my family’s faces. Always. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got the pizza and she goes $34 blah blah blah I said ok I heard you the first time I want to check it out first . She was rude . They all are
