Soda machine sprayed me, doesnt mix syrup properly. The place is dirty, staff is alright but different people everytime i come into the place. Prices hiked they diminished the extra sides for the 3 piece chicken meal for 2 to 1. Finally corporate office ignores complaints entirely. I would go to kfc if i were you, much better cleaner and streamlined experience. This is my experience take it as you will.

So we decided to try it out. Went through drive thru. There was no one behind us in drive thru at noon on a saturday. We paid and they told us to go pull over into a spot and they would bring our food out. 13 minutes later our food came out to us cold. We were expecting it to be extremely fresh after waiting so long and it was cold. Also the french fries had a nasty fish taste to them. We couldnt even eat the french fries they tatsed like fish so bad, probably got cooked in old greese that they also cook the fish in, i dont think thats legal! Anyway, we will never go to popeyes again. I was going to call the manager but I know they dont care!

Good food and they really do try to get your orders to you fast. This location is the only Popeyes we have so it does get extremely busy. Best chicken sandwiches around tho!! Hands down!

I've gotta say they're pretty good at getting delivery orders out in a timely fashion here and they're reasonably polite to. If you can manage to get an order from here where someone actually tipped it's probably worth the trip.

The five-piece tenders were crunchy, juicy, and flavorful, and I could never return to regular fries after having Cajun-style. The BBQ sauce I ordered wasn't in the bag, but the cashier became aggravated when I politely asked for some. She kept whipping her head back and forth from me to the computer screen before sighing, slamming the drive-thru window closed, and marching off. I drove off because I assumed she'd chuck the sauce packets at me. Besides, I had BBQ sauce at home, so it wasn't a big deal. Oh, and their sweet tea is delicious!!!

It was noon and me and my wife stopped in to try since we haven't had a chance yet. Wasnt too busy indoors but the drive thru had the workers on overdrive. Still nice woman at the counter took our order, made a small error (no pickles). Not a huge deal wife ended up actually liking the sandwich with them. We got our food in probably 15 mins max? And she apologized twice saying they were waiting on fresh chicken to be done. Wont hear me complain about the food being too fresh. They probably could have spent more time cleaning the bathrooms. Also the soda machine was broken but had no sign so we ended up with a cherry flavored dr pepper with too much syrup. New guy probably did it by accident.. Things happen and I'm sure we could have got a fine drink replacement but again not that big of a deal. We don't drink much soda so I had my big bottle of water I always have. Honestly for 4.99 blows the mccrispy out the window. Mashed potatoes are garlic which was a nice surprise better than kfc. Good place for 1 or 2 but prob not that feasible for a family with the bulk prices but honestly at that point you are shutting the whole place down to get all that good hot and fresh food for a family meal. Was surprised to see its in the old burger king which was not a good place to eat at all especially after nightfall. Overall, we were satisfied and they were training a new employee at the same time too. While also making sure food snatchers completed their order instead of just taking whatever is there.. Lots of things going on at once. Only one guy on the fryer but he didnt seem to mind and was getting food out left and right. We'll def be back. Thank you to all the workers!Dietary restrictions: They had a big sign about dietary restrictions. Being not allergic to anything I didnt read it but I assume it's dairy and perhaps peanuts.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are very heavy but there is a ramp for wheelchairs.

Staff helped me with the app kind,courteous and kind thank you sir for yer help and teaching me how this works. The food was hot,fresh and chicken was juicy the soda was mixed properly we all should realize food service fast food is not easy I was in institutional food for 30 years the regs and sanitation rules are intense and a lot of responsibility for the low pay thank you all Popeyes staff for the good food you produce ya don't get enough thank you's people have to do yer job to see just how much work goes into producing food at yer restaurant thank you very much also for treating me with respect as a human being.Parking: Always clear of snow and clean no debris brightly lit at night I have not been here and seen a dirty dining room ever but with short staff some days the staff here function very well definitely not an easy job. Thank you for the hot fresh meal each and every one of you.
