It's not a quick and inexpensive way to eat anymore. There are no napkins in the bag.

Tanis, the owner of this location, is an absolutely horrible manager that makes all of her employees feel terrible. I go to this location often for lunch or dinner, I can tell as soon as I walk in the door if Tanis is there or not based on the general atmosphere and attitudes of the employees. They’re happy, talkative, and smiling when she is absent. They’re like ghosts when she’s present. I’ve personally seen her rudely “correct” teenagers in front of customers in very belittling ways, I’ve seen her correct CUSTOMERS in rude ways for not using the “official” names of subs. For example, I once heard a gentleman in front of me in line order a spicy Italian sub. Tanis very curtly said “it’s a hotshot Italiano sub” with the sort of tone in her voice that makes you want to smack someone. I don’t know how this miserable human being has managed to maintain her position but this Subway would be SO much better with just about anyone else in charge. The customer experience is 10x better when she is not in the building (I have heard this from friends as well). AND her poor employees, both the teenagers and adults, do not deserve her verbal abuse and constant criticisms. It’s not hard to be a decent, kind, human being. Somehow, nobody ever conveyed this to that woman.

Just got the worst subs ever from Subway on Upper Front St, Binghamton NY. We order from Subway frequently, and I can understand that every now & then a "restaurant" can have an off night. I called to let them know that our subs were so skimpy that we are all going to be left hungry. There was so little meat we had to add extra meat & cheese from our fridge. What made this even worse was when I called I spoke to the owner Tannis who let me know that she made our subs & they were made exactly by "the formula" and if we wanted more we would have to pay for it. Theses subs did not look anything like the pictures on the website, when I unwrapped them all you could see was bread. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I don't expect this location to be around long term.

The food tasted normal for subway, but there was nobody in line and we waited about 15 minutes to be served to wait another 10 minutes at the checkout because they kept having to do mobile orders that came in behind us on the computer and then they started giving us attitude after we got cookies, and they never gave them to us until we had to go up again and ask, and then they shoved them across the counter and on top of that there was crumbs everywhere on the floor on every table and the glass look like a kids iPad that door look like everyone in the 607 fingerprints were on it
Well the food is always goodService without ordering food was excellent during a crazy rain storm great group of people working I definitely will be getting something there soon ....

First time I sat down and had lunch this one was probably one of the nicest I've been in very clean the staff was super friendly also they must have remodeled because it's really nice in there not so busy either they have plenty of business that's not what I mean but it was just nice to sit down and be able to have lunch
