We had a fabulous!!! Easter Sunday brunch here with our Binghamton kid and his friends. Menu has just the right amount of (good) choices, everything tasty and well prepared. I called for a resie and mailbox was full, but took the extra step to email, and Chris, the manager got right back to me. Good thing I did, too!! The joint was jumping! Special shout out to our incredible waitress, Carissa... adorable and above and beyond. And don't miss the EXTRA LARGE BLOODY MARGE!! I didn't, and... well, check out the pics!

I wish this place was around when I was in school here. Love the wings, burgers, and the french fries are absolutely the best in town. No one even comes close. I love the concept of the bar, too. Has anyone told these young folk that they are frequenting a bar named after the original mascot for BU? What a classy idea, good job, ownership! They usually have good beers on tap if that is your thing. Drinks are competently made if you want something else. Enjoy those wings and fries over and over again!

There are so many other restaurants to try in Binghamton. The food here is average and the environment doesn't feel safe. If you do decide to waste your money here instead of finding better food, go with a group.

Food was not good AND expensive (never a great combo). Honestly, there are better places in the area to go to. This place is way too over-hyped.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Always had great food and decorations, too bad two of the owners spend their time drugging and raping women. Hopefully there will be new ownership and a completely new rebrand.

Not recommend. Food is mediocre and the establishment is questionable. Find somewhere else

the food is no better quality than what you can find at an applebee's. my roommate used to be a waitress there and told us to never eat at the colonial because she saw. the state of the kitchen. I'm not sure why so many of the reviews are "not recommended" but this restaurant does not deserve anything above a 2 star rating. There are much better, and more ethical places to eat food and grab drinks in downtown binghamton.

New to the area and dealing with a nasty cold, I sought the area's best wings and the Colonial was amongst the highest regarded. While generally very much against a first dining experience being take out, the circumstances and my own desire to reduce my germ spreading warranted it. My lovely assistant in life brought home the goods (thanks dear) and we got to digging in: here's the rub (or the sauce, in this case anyway): Pros: Some of the cleanest and nicest takeout packing I've seen (see pics). Especially for a food as messy as wings, I was pleased to not have greasy styrofoam lock-lid containers. The Colonial logo stickers sealing the take-out boxes was a nice touch. Nicely sized wings with a variety of flats and drums. Meaty and satisfying- not the best I've seen, but pretty decent. Two great sauces out of three. The classic medium was tangy and spicy, and the house sauce had a sweet vinegary taste that was interesting and kept you coming back (my favorite). The bang-bang was a pass for me, especially the confusing addition of sesame seeds on chicken wings. Cons: The wings were decent sized but could have been bigger- if we are looking for max value. Most places I've lived, the top wing spots set themselves apart by being selective on their chicken, and clientele will pay for the difference. While these were not scrawny, I would have felt more consecrated in the "best wings in Bing" claim if they were large and meaty across the board. Amongst the stellar packaging, I really have no idea why sides of blue cheese were placed face down inside a cardboard container alongside dripping, freshly sauced wings. Fishing around in wing sauce to get your dressing isn't my idea of a good time, and I also don't really care for Blue cheese heated incidentally by close proximity to freshly fried wings. These could have been packed separately in our bag and I can't find any good reason for the obviously intentional placement of the dressing in with our food. Consensus: Not sure this place is dethroning any other large city's top wing spots, but they're a strong first visit for this favorite of mine in Binghamton and I'll be back to try other menu entries.

This was a happy place I stumbled across. The bathrooms are cute and the place has a cute decor that makes it very appealing to the eye. The staff is courteous and attentive. The pub food was just the right touch to pair with the cocktail. It was very relaxing, good times. Also, the customers were very kind and chatty always a plus to feel so welcomed. Thank you.

Do not frequent a place with predator ownership!

multiple owners accused of multiple on-site rapes. If you have no moral compass, at least dine with caution and don't drink anything.

Absolutely appalling business. The food and drinks are totally overpriced for the area. Sweeps sexual harassment and assault under the rugs. Serves greasy food that I subpar at best. The environment reeks of entitlement and posture. Run by men that think they can get away with anything. They delete any actual reviews and leave up the ones that blow smoke up their balloon knots. How they still think they can reopen without a total re-haul is beyond the entire community. If they were a real business and not just some boys club they would truly rectify the situation on their hands.

Used to enjoy this place but it has always been overpriced for the food and drink quality. I went two weeks ago with a group of 15 after calling 6 hours before and letting them know we were planning on coming. Still, the waitress could not have treated us worse and acted like we were doing something wrong for coming to eat dinner. I was shocked by the service as the waitstaff has always been pleasant. She was rolling her eyes the whole time and was pointing at us while talking with other waitresses. I have never in my life experienced service like this in my life. To add on, two of the people in my party ended up getting sick from their burgers. I am saddened by the down hill slope this restaurant seems to be on.
