I chanced across this brewery while traveling through Binghamton. Best beer I've had in YEARS of trying all the beers. ... seriously, I think I've tried all of them, and this was the best.

I've been to many of the local breweries/taphouse and in my opinion Water Street had the best food! You can tell everything is made FRESH and everything we have tried tastes so good! Beers, staff, and atmosphere are always great as well.

We checked into this local brewery on a day date and it exceeded all of our expectations. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and warm hospitality. The ambiance has a warm, welcoming, cozy vibe. The beers & cider were amazing and the food was out of this world. The staff were personable and we had great conversation with them and other patrons. I cannot recommend this place more, definitely swing by if you’re in the area !!
Stopped in for a quick dinner on the way home to break up a long drive. Amazing people, great food and terrific beer! Liked it so much I grabbed a 4 pack to take home. Highly recommend you check them out! (The Italian Beef sandwich was fantastic!).

Apparently, the hours are not as posted. Drove 3 hours to visit Binghamton and this was to be one of the stops. Place is closed 2.5 hours after posted opening. Also took 20 minutes to find a parking with the beautiful pile of rubble that has the street outside closed. Will not be wasting my time on a place like this again.

Great service, friendly staff, and customers always a good time. Eclectic groups and individuals. Many interesting travelers passing through town stop by for a beer or 2.
they still have a few vegetarian options on the menu since the owner changed hands. they have great homemade beer and food specials all the time. not really a bar atmosphere, more like a restaurant. not crowded but still busy you can get a seat and not feel overwhelmed.
Wing night on Monday !! Basically a free beer with wings.

Cool place, especially if your a beer head. Place has cool decorations and brewing vats in the eating area which is fitting. Food is good, basically being what you'd expect from bar food (burgers fries and wings) with a good selection. Drinks are excellent and a wide selection. Price is good. Altogether I would recommend for hanging out or if you like your beer. The service is also nothing special but everyone is nice and knowledgeable.
