The servers were pleasant however not attentive salads came out fast however main entree did not come until I inquired about the status. When entree came out the food was cold my wife’s steak was burnt and dry and cold. My prime rib looked horrible not a very good cut of meat and was cold. I will rethink returning to Outback!
*This review is a copy n paste from Yelp that I did 2-3 years ago.*I visited this Outback w/ my dad and bro after watching the Tom Brady-led NE patriots (at the time, pre-retirement), beat the bills in a thrilling, nail-biter game at Highmark stadium. Last minute stop for dinner after arriving in Buffalo to visit our college kid. Loaves of soft, warm bread with whole grain texture was very pleasant. We both ordered ribeye steak with sides of season veg and mixed veg. Well seasoned and tasty. Very friendly staff and very family friendly.
