Looking for something different to eat… you must try Bachs Bistro! The food is delicious! From the whole fried fish to Thai Drunken noodles to the unbelievable pirogies I can’t wait to go back again. Every time we go we order a few different items to try something new. We went for dinner . They are always so kind to give you a sample of the delicious pickled items. The food is fresh made to order not fussy just down home cooking. The atmosphere is relaxed like being in grandmas kitchen. When your hankering for authentic Thai or Polish delicacies, this is the place to go. Reasonably priced for the huge portions. The lunch buffet is a must as well.

Just discovered this hidden gem, 2.5 miles away from me. Had the pork with red gravy over noodles, delicious. Please support this local business, Richard the owner is polish and his wife is Thai . Next time will try the polish selections.

Was super happy to try Bach Bistro. We placed a take out order. the pirogies were delicious! loved the veggie spring rolls as well. it's nice to have something different and the price was reasonable. They gave a free order of the cabbage soup. It was really a welcomed addition. Cant wait to go back and try more items!

I was so excited to find this spot! Stopped in on my lunch break and picked up 2 different types of pierogis (potato/cheese and spinach/cheese), sauerkraut, cucumber salad, sun dried tomatoes, and cookies. Everything was delicious (ESPECIALLY the pierogis) and my family devoured it all quickly. The man behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.

Family had Thai dishes and the 4 meals were delicious. Our next visit will be to sample the Polish menu. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Usually fusion restaurants aren’t great, especially ones with food originating 1000s of miles apart. This is a great restaurant and definitely worth a try. There’s not many Polish places within 100-200 miles of here but dozens of Thai, making this place very unique and worth the visit.

I am so lucky this place was here. Got stuck for hours with a car repair at Subaru and found this incredible spotless and wonderful place in the shopping center next door. Combination authentic Thai and Polish cuisine means something for everyone! Great food and authentic vibe. Recommend.

Very cool spot that has an unusual mix of thai and polish cuisines. Both are done in an old school home style and are equally fantastic! You'd be hard pressed to find better thai or polish food in the area. I've tried a bunch of their dishes (stuffed cabbage, massaman, kielbasa, sweet pork belly, red curry, etc.) and I can't even make a recommendation because it's all awesome. That said, Massaman is one of my all-time favorite dishes and I have to say, Bach's is among the best I've ever had. It's very unique and again, has a more homemade style to it than other Massaman I've had - very unique (at least compared to other NY area thai spots) but very delicious. Really, just load up on whatever they're serving in the hot trays and you can't go wrong. I usually do a 50/50 split of polish and thai options, which goes together surprisingly well. If I lived a little bit closer I would be here at least once a week. Oh, and they have a great lunch special. My only complaint is there's no music on in the restaurant, and that's not a big deal.

Small, quiet place with unique Thai-Polish fusion. I highly recommend the Drunken Noodles but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Will definitely be coming back again!
