I love their premium Black Raspberry Chip - always double scooped and preferably garnished with whipped cream, drizzled with assorted chocolate or caramel sauces, and dusted with rainbow sprinkles, and Bordeaux Cherry Sundae, ridiculously rich, velvety, creamy, and giving off classic nostalgic vibes, keeping things simple but always fresh. Louie's is more than ice cream, and they also have a marvelous and refreshing Pineapple Dole Whip- once only found at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, whipped frosty pineapple soft serve that is vegan, fat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, fruity, and a tasty, tangy frozen treat that Dole Food Technologist Kathy Westphal, trailblazer for women in the food technology sector, created in California, just one year after she graduated from college in 1984.

Hi! Do you like ice cream? Do you like ice pops? Do you like banana splits? In my opinion, Louie's is the most terrific ice cream place. Our family enjoys stopping at Louie's after a bike ride on the trail nearby. They have many flavors like chocolate & vanilla, and the banana splits are hearty! I also love the Italian ice. When you get to Louie's, you can sit outside. They also have some shady areas behind the shop to enjoy your ice cream under a tree. Kids, beg your parents to take you to Louie's! It's the best!((this review was dictated to me by my 7yo son who wrote a review of Louie's for his elementary school assignment))

Erin was a great scooper! She was kind and answered all our ice cream questions. I appreciated how she served us with a smile. Louie's has a nice, family-friendly atmosphere on the patio. We had no problem finding an open picnic table, despite the steady stream of customers!Looking forward to returning for more ice cream soon.

Love this place! Living in the Northern Valley for 25 years, I never knew this place existed until I ran into them at the Italian feast in Rockland county. Louise is definitely on my summer ice cream rotation now!
4:30pm ordered soft pineapple. The lady told they didn't turn the machine on so I had to wait. They open at 12pm and until 4:30pm she didn't find time to turn it on? Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait, so 1 star from me

I really enjoy their ice cream but the inconsistency in the amount of ice cream they give but yet want to charge an arm and a leg for a regular size cup is comical. I always am given so little ice cream yet charged an insane amount. Prices are also always inconsistent when I order the same thing- the workers are all young kids who never seem to know how to do their job. Quite unfortunate for a place who serves delicious tasting ice cream.
