The place on Islip Avenue in Central Islip needs to train the employees better. They were very slow and had to keep repeating myself to them. They couldn't even make a sandwich properly so sad. They also didn't slice the meat in front of you like they say they do in the commercials. The slicing machine was sitting right there on the counter. Disappointing ?

This place is ridiculous. i ordered to pick up one hour ago and the employee didn’t even start my order yet. i waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. there was a long line waiting. And on top of that my food was cold.

Can we possibly get some employees here who care more about getting the order right and less about flirting with the guys in the store? Perhaps at least one person who fully understands English and knows what a Dr Pepper is? Three online orders, all three wrong. Waited 15 minutes for the girls to stop making small talk and giggling with 2 guys to be handed a wrong order.
