The food was not bad but the service was Horrible. Entered and had to sit myself down Horrible Service. Then charged me 20 percent for gratuity. When she did nothing . Asked for orange juice and apple juice and all I got was a bottle. No cups. Unprofessional My son had to keep looking for her. HORRIBLE PLACE. The bathroom was dirty and not clean. STAY FAR AWAY

Employees are friendly and greet you when they see you, it's served hot and homemade, they are very popular and are busy. The food there is excellent. Highly recommend eating there, especially the salad, you get your money's worth

Because of work I ate there 4 times in a 2 week span. The food was really good 1 of 4 times and just edible the other three. The more the servers got used to us the worse the service got. The final time I ran out of water right after the food arrived, never got a refill she was even standing right by me and could hear the straw making the no more water noise and just walked off. Only came back to give us our checks to leave.

First off let me say compliments to the Chef because the Food was delicious. Service wasn’t so friendly though. Waiter was focused on sitting at another table talking to someone and when I asked her for something she has an attitude on her face and in her tone. I was with my child who made a mess with his pancakes and syrup and needed napkins for both of us. Don’t you know she gave us 2 single napkins ? Is she serious ?? Also My sandwich was made incorrectly due to her not taking the correct order (without the pork bacon and was missing the cheese as well). She basically rushed me while I ordered so she can get back to table and finish talking to whomever and didn’t write down the correct order. this is what she give me. Broken tiny pieces of cheese for a club sandwich that should be melted. I refused to leave a tip for that kind of service. I just killed it with kindness paid and left.People like that shouldn’t serve if they don’t treat everyone equally. I am actually a great tipper. I Felt like somebody’s child that day. Probably won’t dine in again.

Not sure what happened today, since I have ordered here many times and the food and service were good and quick (my faves being any omelette platters, the caesar salad, and the meatloaf platter with mash), but today's order was far from good. I ordered the meatloaf platter which came with meatloaf, corn and carrots, mashed potatoes, and soup. Well, the soup (vegetable soup) was so salty/concentrated I had to spit it out, and I thought it could be drinkable if diluted, but no, that didnt work, so i threw it out. The meatloaf itself was fine, as were the corn and carrots, but the mashed potatoes (usually the part i look forward to, was really salty also! =( ) Overall I was not happy with my order, and now Im wondering if i should go back at all... it's like, do i need to add to my order "Do not oversalt the mashed potatoes and don't give me a salty soup lacking in flavor?" I dont know...
