Honestly, I love the food here and the service that I receive. It's so much more improved with the new owners, and all the workers are very nice. The wings here are amazing and the breakfast sandwiches as well. This is definitely one of my go to spots.

Went here for sandwiches. The worker behind the counter just finished pulling a garbage can up to the counter and grabbed the bread with the same gloves. He was asked to change his gloves then grabbed the same bread he touched the dirty gloves with. We did not finish ordering. Completely unsanitary. Will never return here again.

They served me a raw burger then tried to blame me for the burger being raw? "Well that's how your ordered it" Sir, I asked for a Medium - Well burger. The burger was completely raw & would have made my mother sick to eat it. I asked him very politely to cook it a little longer but he came at me & was just extremely rude. The guy on the grill then came out & helped me he was VERY lovely. My family and I have been coming here for years cause we live so close but ever since they sold it the service & food has just gone completely downhill. The burger was RAW!! And he was really annoyed with me for not wanting my mother to digest that. Definitely will not be going back. The store down the block is so much nicer now, i would recommend you walk past channel market & go to hamberrys 1 minute down the block.

Bought sour cream from here, the date said it was good, it wasn't, and they wouldnt take it back.i wouldnt go here anymore after the new owners took over.

We went to Channel Market to grab some lunch. ***^ Reuben was not bad, definitely pretty good for a grocery store. The rye bread was nicely toasted to a char (3.5 stars) * Cowboy burger was very overcooked and dry. I wouldn't recommend (1 star) Service was fine. I'd try Channel Market again (while avoiding the burgers), if I was in the area & needed food.

This place used to be great until they sold it. They no longer take phone orders so you have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. Also it's different prices different days. So one day your chicken sandwich is eight the next day it's 10 and the day after that it's 999. The quality is still decent but the customer service and the waiting is ridiculous. I'll just go to the bagel store. Quality is just as good and the prices are always the same
