A coworker recommended this place since we were both craving sandwiches. He did warn me that it was "alright". I'd say it's pretty sad that they have the potential to be really good but skimp out to the umpth degree. PROS: Staff is pretty friendly which is always great in my book. It wasn't a long wait. It's a small establishment but they kept it pretty clean. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a hero with lettuce, tomatoes & grilled onions. It all tasted very fresh with the chicken and onions having that classic grilled and Smokey taste. Very flavorful, no lacking in that area. NEGATIVES: It's located in the Bronx (by east 180th train station), sorry NYC but I'm not a fan & specially not of the Bronx lol. I digress. As tasty as the food was I would never come back here again, they gave SO LITTLE chicken that you'd think the pieces inadvertently fell into my sandwich from another order. It was just a few pieces. It was mostly veggies & they even skimped out on that too. Plus, for $8??? No bueno. You lose more money on the tail end short changing your customers. The sandwich literally had no weight to it. With so much potential I still have to give it a thumbs way down.

I ordered this morning food was disgusting would never order again. Tuna salad was old had a grill chicken Caesar wrap Chicken was old as well. The whole order tasted like it was a week old smh.
