My pretzel dogs, ALL TEN OF THEM was burnt black on the bottom so bad it’s disgusting and uneatable‼️DEEPLY DISGUSTING…DEEPLY DISRESPECTFUL…DEEPLY NASTY‼️Mine looked EXACTLY LIKE THAT PHOTO BELOW IN ANOTHER REVIEW. I wasn’t given the option to add the photo I have.

Just left the auntie Anne’s and the gentleman that took care of me and my daughter made a drink and asked if we wanted to taste it with red velvet and strawberry if I am not mistaken and omg it was amazing ya really need to put that in the menus!!!!

The young lady at the register who is Hispanic , heavy built and had on glasses lacked customer service and was extremely rude . I inquired about the winter break special that is on the Auntie Ann’s phone app. She asked to see my phone in which I let her see and then became very nasty advising that I had to order online . The application was giving issues to order , therefore I could not order . During our engagement , she rolled her eyes while speaking with a nasty tone . I have never visited an Auntie Ann’s store and received horrible customer service . I could have been an inspector, inspecting the site ! Although, I could not purchase on the app , I made the decision to order something directly from the store . Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism from your employee resulted in my decision to not spend money at this store. Please provide a training on customer service , thanks .

I stopped in and ordered pretzel bites. The bites were rock hard as if they had been out all day. Terrible and disappointing

Very unprofessional and response with an attitude. If you don’t like your job then leave it and save the customers your attitude. People standing around looking lost and not engaged with customer service. Needs an attitude makeover badly!

I love coming here. It's always clean, quiet and the service is on point. Sometimes you'll walk in on a day where you see that person isn't really trying to work but... I feel we all have those days right? Any who -- I ordered the following: - caramel pecan cinnamon minis - churros Both 20/20 I absolutely loved it. I heated mine up in the oven 350 for 10 minutes after leaving them out for most of the day and they came out good as new. The ooey gooey goodness that just oozes out of every bite is just magical. Despite the location, everything else is excellent. 10/10 on everything

How do I give a zero star? 3 different uber delivery guys went to get my order and all 3 had to cancel because this place isn't making it or something? God knows whats going on in there cuz i don't think it should take an hour and a half to make a pretzel... That i didn't get by the way...

Came here today wanting fresh cinnabons instead I was told I cant buy them fresh I would have to buy the prepackaged ones and heat them up....lets just say when I got home a reheated them THEY WERE THE MOST DISGUSTING THINGS I'VE EVER HAD...allow people to buy fresh cinnabon I'm so upset I wasted my money on these reheated ones its really bad. Hard, dry and the frosting is already on it. If its supposed to be reheat i dont think they should fully cook it all the way and put the frosting and then have it sitting on a contor.....
