Always a good experience. Staff are very nice and welcoming. The food is always great and the prices are reasonable in comparison to the Starbucks and Dunkin that’s two blocks away.

These people do not have the best hygiene. Peeking over the espresso machine the wand was never cleaned out, nor the espresso being used. This is so nasty. I came here for a visit today and I tried calling but they didn’t bother to pick up. I ordered a cappuccino and got a latte. I ordered the special cream cheese but it was a -1. I don’t understand what’s the hype but it’s not real. Awful experience .. no suggestion on my side. Too pricey also. Honestly I think the reason they have good ratings is because people who work in the area ? have little food options and conform to places like this because they have no other choice and when people have a strong appetite everything tastes good.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and out of the few times I’ve already had 2 orders with food safety issues. I ordered a sandwich and when I received it there was a staple inside. Now today I order and there is hair stuck to the bottom of my bagel. I looked past it the first time with the staple incident (which I shouldn’t have) and now this time I can’t.

$10.49 for two bagels with (extra) cream cheese. The girl put a minuscule amount on one side and they charged me to put cream cheese on the other side of the bagel. They aren’t even handmade bagels and tasted horrible. The cream cheese is not good at all, it’s gross. This place is highway robbery. Avoid at all costs.

My first time ordering from here and I got half a dozen bagels and 1/2 pound cream cheese. The bagels are good, fresh, and soft when microwaved—they arrived hard. But the cream cheese is disgusting. It’s sour and was a waste of money. I truly tried but tossed it out the next day.

Great bagels & coffee. But I actually went there for bialys. Disappointed went they said we don’t sell bialys. I really want a bialys with egg & cheese. Over all place is clean and nice for a bite or bagels.Parking: The girl was nice & parking for customers is a plus…. Nice placeWheelchair accessibility: Had a ramp for wheelchair that’s nice & convenient for customers.

I've been a regular at Bagel and Cream for a while now, usually grabbing a quick bite before heading to work. It's become my go-to spot for a no-fuss, satisfying breakfast in the Bronx.Their bagels are decent - not the artisanal type you might find in a fancy bakery, but certainly a step up from your average fast-food fare. Think of it like an elevated Dunkin' Donuts, but with better ingredients and a homier feel. The Egg Bagel and Cheese sandwiches are pretty standard, but they hit the spot when you're in need of a quick, filling breakfast. The eggs are cooked well, and the cheese melts nicely, creating a comforting and familiar taste. One of my usual orders is the Plain Cream Cheese on a toasted bagel. Simple, yet delicious. The cream cheese is creamy and spreads evenly, complementing the chewy texture of the bagel. The Bronx Omelette Combo is another favorite. It comes with a toasted egg bagel, home fries, and water - a complete meal that's both tasty and satisfying. The home fries add a nice touch, making it feel like a more rounded breakfast.I've also tried the Everything Bagel with turkey bacon, American cheese, salt, and pepper. The bagel itself is toasted to perfection, and the turkey bacon is a healthier alternative that doesn't skimp on flavor.Their muffins, especially the corn and chocolate ones, are a nice treat as well. They're moist and flavorful, perfect for those mornings when you want something sweet with your coffee. And for those who want something on the healthier side, the Mixed Fruit Cocktail is a great option. It's fresh and provides a refreshing contrast to the savory bagels and sandwiches.I keep coming back to Bagel and Cream mainly for convenience since it's close to my job, but also because it consistently delivers a solid breakfast experience. It might not be extraordinary, but it's reliably good and has become a staple for my morning routine.Overall, I'd give Bagel and Cream a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It's not a culinary revelation, but it's a dependable and enjoyable breakfast spot that I'm glad to have nearby.

Latte was awful. Someone needs training how to make a decent latte. No foam at all, tasted like a lousy cup of coffee.
