Just so you all know, Baskin Robbins is having a deal where you can bring a coupon for a free regular scoop and this location is participating in the deal on the app. However the owner chose not honor that deal just to so he could be stingy ? Please bring your coupons to the store, I dare you. Watch how he’ll turn you away because he’s nothing but a rude, selfish, capitalist. I did my due diligence by reporting him to corporate, I feel that it’s my duty to let y’all know that you should take your money elsewhere, somewhere that will honor your Baskin Robbins coupon!

If this establishment closes at 10 p.m. every day, why is the staff refusing to serve ice cream at 8 (really 7:40) ? Is that not why there is a Baskin Robbins You still have 2 hours til closing!!! The gentleman who worked tonight (Tuesday, Oct 24 @7:40) has 0 respect for his job, let alone have any customer service etiquette. If you're upset about your night shift take that up with your superiors not the customers. When my husband asked to speak to the manager (I believe his name is Abdul) , he came to do it himself. What kind of leadership is that?!!! You letting your workers run all over you. Is the owner not aware of the way others are running his business? He needs to clean house ASAP! This is ridiculous.

My daughter ordered some ice cream for everybody and they put strawberry in they gave the wrong kind of orders lucky nobody got allergic reaction I'm glad I found out first before I ate it

I'M USING CAPS NOT BECAUSE I'M YELLING BUT I WANT THIS TO BE SEEN BY AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. WENT HERE WITH MY HUSBAND AND WAITED WHILE THE GUY FINISHED HELPING ANOTHER PARTY. AT ONE POINT HE DROPPED THE ICE CREAM ON THE FLOOR AND INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN THE SINK TO WASH HE PUT IT BACK INTO THE RINSE WATER ANDTHEN USED IT TO SCOOP THE REST OF THE OTHER ORDER!! WE PROMPTLY WALKED OUT. UNSANITARY NOT TO MENTION COMPLETELY DISGUSTING! NEVER GPING BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING!

On several times that we drove by this establishment, there was a substantial line. Finally, we went ahead and waited in line. This may be the best ice cream ever. Just sweet enough, thick, and creamy. The flavors are yummy and the price per portion was perfect. We highly recommend this place. Go ahead. Wait in line. It is worth it!

This is something else I can't get in DE.... I mean the freezer section isn't the same. I love watching them scoop out my favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream. I'm living the fat girl dream. Once again it's the little things that makes me happy. I love my city!

Expensive, as every dunken donut is now. The staff isnt the best, at times they can ignore, be a bit with an attitude. The place has a baskin and Robbins, two points of entry, near the 2 and 5. Walking distance from the 6 train, and many buses.
