If I could give them 0 stars I would ! I find it absolutely ridiculous that every time I come to this establishment they do not have cookies and cream ice cream. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point it is just ridiculous. I have been here at least 3 times and they do not have it. They need to do better !

It seems to me, some people don’t like the jobs they work. The cashier lady was super obnoxious and would rather talk to her co workers than prioritize the line they had. I was given an attitude not only from her but from the other person who approached me with my order. Great Service!!??

The pricing went up. A regular donut costs $1.39 and a specialty donut $1.59. I am unsure why though. My favorites are all the "cake" donuts or old fashioned. I likechocolate, blueberry, glazed stick, and munchkins. However, my experience today takes the cake. The glazed donut stick is normally just that.

Omg yet another terrible experience here at the worst customer service DD in history. I always ask for very dark coffee and when they make it light they get upset that they had to redo it. Its amazing I literally tell the cashier please very very dark sometimes I ask for black and they still put milk in it. It's amazing how with all that they get angry with me. So today the male employee got so upset and wanted to fight me. It's sad cause I blame Management for lack of training... Now again have to go to yet a different DD as I am not going deal with this madness.........
