Went for ice cream. Lot s of options on the menu not available. Place was short staffed and the lady assisting was hard to understand. The chocolate chip cookie dough flavor we got has large pieces of ice in it. Very disappointing.

I don't know what's going on with Baskin Robbins at this location but they are always short on Chocolate ice cream and never have strawberry topping. It was never like that before. So disappointed ?

Horrible bad customer service only have two people working. Asked for a banana split it seem like the lady did want to do it and it was just horrible.

So I normally do not write reviews but this place really upset me. First of all, the cashier was extremely rude to my sister when she ordered. We couldn't hear her because she had a mask on and she was very nasty when we could not understand her. Then we ordered a quart of fresh Cookies and Cream ice cream (since they did not have the flavor we wanted) which is about $2.50 more than the prepackaged quart and when we got home the box was half empty. We were shocked. What a rip off. If they did not have any more of this flavor, they could have told us and we would have got something else. What a disappointment!

I Have to say the Morning breakfast crew of ladies always do a good job. Always polite and do everything with a smile. As for the Baskin and Robbins part; The guys who are always behind the ice cream department; every time you ask for a sundae you want they said they don't have that sundae. Or If they do you can tell they want you to get something else rather than a sundae. It just seems like they don't want to do it or its just too much work...
