Always excellent food here, they give a lot so you better be hungry. It's best to make a reservation beforehand unless you come early, as the place fills up quickly.

Excellent meal. Cozy space. Understated. Warm. Delicious food. Big portions. Thought I'd eat half of my chicken parm (which Cathy, our friendly server, promised was top notch) but I ate the whole darn thing. (Cathy was right.) Hubby had the salmon special - just the right amount of heat to make it special. Both came with spaghetti and their sweet and tangy tomato sauce (gravy!) Salmon dish came with salad - simple yet just right. Perfect meal. Will come back as reggies.

This cozy neighborhood establishment serves up such delicious dishes. You will not go wrong with the beverage selection. The staff listens and gets it right. If you're ever in the area. Get some!!!!

Last week's visit was a complete bust! I Order the same thing every time I go-Fettuccine Carbonara, my husband ordered the special-Flounder Franchese. My meal was bland at best and my husband's meal looked like boiled fish with franchese sauce on top. Oh let's not forget the appetizer-stuffed mushrooms-where had you ever been served stuffed mushrooms with melted mozzarella cheese on top? Smh! No! Just No!! We couldn't figure out if they we're trying to hide something under all that cheese or simply covering up the fact that this had restaurant depot written all over it. Nope never going back.

Everything about the place was average. Food was just ok. Service was just ok. Ambiance was just ok. It was the size of an apartment living room. I felt the food lacked flavor.

Adorable decor, very cozy on a Sunday afternoon. We really enjoyed the papardelle bolognese, beef ravioli special and chop salad special.

Best restaurant in Riverdale.

The restaurant is small, but not intimate because it is very noisy. In order to be heard, people raise their voices which results in even more noise. There are no house appetizers, such as roasted peppers or butter beans, served when you are seated - only some non-descript Italian bread similar to what you'd buy at the supermarket that isn't even warmed up. The pear salad was very good as was the broccoli rabe, but the chicken marsala was overcooked and tough and the restaurant was resistant to serving gluten-free pasta as a side dish, saying they only serve it as a main. Only after shaming them by offering to pay the difference did they relent. We spent $90 for 2 people with 1 glass of wine and no dessert. Probably would not return.

This is the best Italian food I have had in the U.S. The pasta has wonderful flavors and texture. The portions are great too.
