I tried the shrimp and fries. Fried shrimp is City Island quality, shoestring fries are not crispy & just ok. That alone is worthy of a 2nd trip to try something else & get a 12 piece shrimp/no fries on the side

DELISH!? ???**had to came back and edit thisToday is the 1nd time ordering from here on doordash. The 1st time (yesterday) was bussing today Sunday (3/24/24 7:40pm) disgusting!! Ordered the same lamb over rice platter. I called ahead as before to ask for sauce on side instead of on meal. Recieved NO SAUCE!! FOOD WAS ALSO COLD AND DIDNT TASTE AS FRESH. IM DISAPPOINTED ?

Our 1st time and we all loved it. Everything was great. Orderd food twice last week. Highly recommend it. Just not in the greatest neighborhood but its next to the 4 train station and the bx35 bus so that's a plus.
I ain't going to hold you. They deserve 5 stars. They just being discriminated against because of the location. Other than that, Delicious ? food. Friendly staff. Conveniently located near mass transit. Pet friendly environment. Kid friendly environment. Wheelchair accessible location.
The food was amazing. The service was great! The atmosphere isn’t so good when you got homeless people outside but what can you do? Give them some change!

Found this spot by accident and so glad I did! Me and my husband devoured our plates - chicken platter ! It was delicious- wish this was closer to home .. even while we were sitting and eating we were thinking about franchising the place ? 10/10 recommend eating

After a lot of searching late night open places serving NYC style platter food I found this place with a good rating to pickup food, when I reached there I saw a shop located in the middle of the town and saw mostly fried chicken dishes advertised on the screen, for a second I had a doubt that looks like I made a wrong choice, I ordered Combo over rice with extra white sauce and hot sauce with Chipotle sauce on side. I was really shocked with the taste and realized this is why the place has such a good rating the platter had perfectly balanced with everything and taste was way better or I should different than regular halal platter carts in NYC, really loved it crunchy salad made the perfect side.
