Love their desserts and presentationsTried the filled chocolate eggs for the first time and ordered a couple boxes to give as presents to some clients but unfortunately they did not really love them that much other than, that they do love their tres leches and their cheesecakes and other desserts and so do I ?I feel like customer service is so much better in other locations - I have passed by this specific location a couple of times because one of the offices where I work is nearby and I just pass by to get some desserts for a couple of workers - I wouldnt really go to this specific location for any other reason ??♀️

Food: Cakes are always great. All are tres leches, if you haven't tried it, it's a must try. I think the quality is very very good without it being overly sweet. It is nice and moist, which is what you want in a tres leches cake. Service: Good, people are nice and attentive. Ambiance: Clean. It is also a grab and go place.

I love your cakes and the staff is normally very nice except for the manager Mary. She is always with a long face but today she took it too far. She was really nasty to me today. She has horrible customer service skills. someone like that should not be working with people. I am very upset and dissapointed. I will not be retuning to this place.

Aside from them not opening on time (LATE! It was 10:15 and I was still standing waiting, I had to leave and come back later), the service is HORRIBLE! So rude. Nothing is fresh either. I think they are losing customers for the same service, super super bad. I don't know why they work if they don't like it. I will never return to this location!

When the business opened for the first time, I went with my husband and an employee treated us poorly and we couldn't ask questions. We only went twice and never returned. I ordered a piece tres leches, it had no flavor ? and dry. And an unreasonable priceApologies and regrets do not solve problems. Change employees to be efficient, kind and respectful. I was thinking this week of buying a baptism cake but with these opinions it was better not to go into it. They are so expensive and beautiful but flavorless ? and dry flour is not worth it. Please don't apologize and make a change. Thanks DLB

This is not very good tres leches cake: the cake tastes like it’s made from a mix, the whipped cream takes like Reddi-wip, and you can’t get any slices without fruit in them. It would be easy enough to offer plain tres leches cake. The cake is also dry: it is not soaked in milk like a real tres leches cake. Sort of flavorless. There is much better tres leches in NYC.

I love the cake in this place. They sent me to buy a cake and the employee gave me an attitude because she arrived at 9:57 and was outside waiting, she told me they open at 10:00 and I told her yes, I'm going to wait and wait outside to see what time I would open it was 10:05 it was not open.

What a great place! First-time visitors, and hope to go again. Nice service with good food. My mom had the egg wrap which was quite generous in size, with a soft flaky wrap. I couldn't pass up the specialty hot chocolate with a serving of cheese on the side - utterly delicious! This place didn't disappoint.

Mary from Capy is very rude and disrespectful. Went to order a cake and she was very impatient and nasty. As a customer, we are not professionals at what cakes include or do not include, it is her job to explain that. Need better customer service.
