I been going to this store since I was a kid now I’m in my 30s I bought a pastrami and cheese sandwich on a hero this morning sandwich came out to $12.00 they must be crazy I understand prices go up and things change but no way I hear ppl say how expensive they have gotten just pure ridiculous.

Decent breakfast sandwich but could be better if they would just listen. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with ketchup and even reminded them. when they were ready to put it together but they still didn't listen.

I’ve been coming here for my whole life. Almost 3 decades. It’s sad to see that ever since they renovated they got SOOO STINGY. The bread is always stale, and the prices don’t reflect the quality.I paid $10 for this ham and cheese hero which was 80% lettuce.I always like supporting local businesses but not when they are outright robing their customers. They blamed it on the new employee, but new employee or not that just means they didn’t teach the new employee. Which means they don’t care about their customers.They do have boars head, but I’ve been to other places with boars head who are not this cheap and stingy. If they take this as an attack that just means they don’t plan to improve and do better.I did go back and show them the embarrassment. They ended up adding on more meat but it should have never been served like this to begin with. On top of that they should have remade the sandwich as a whole not just put it on so sloppily.If they are ripping you off don’t let them slide.

Went in to pick up some cough drops and the guy behind the counter couldn't bother to look up and greet me. Super short with me when I asked if they took Apple Pay. When it came time to close the transaction, he just gave me the receipt and kept his head down. This isn't the first time it's happened. I've gone in there at least 2 other times and received the same kind of service. At this point, it would be a surprise if they were nice in there! The store is clean, and they have a good variety of healthy-ish items and other regular Deli fare. I'm all for supporting our local businesses but this ain't it. It's unfortunate that the service here is so unwelcoming.

The customer service is terrible. They’re rude. Simple as that. I greeted them and said hi- no response. The guy at the counter couldn’t bring himself to look up from his phone when ringing me up. When I asked if they had Apple Pay, he was short. When I said thank you, he just kept staring at his phone and handed me the receipt. I’m born and raised in the Bronx and in the neighborhood, and that’s just not how folks behind the counter are. Oddly enough, he was perfectly friendly to the woman before me. Who knows. Never going back there.

Horrible service they would try to scam you, and then act as if they don’t understand what you’re saying and won’t fix their mistake.I don’t ever do this but I’m definitely reporting their business. unacceptable.

The male worker is rude and disrespectful. He made us feel like our money wasn't good enough. Its sad that staff working in this diverse area has yet to master the art of good customer service. The owner should be ashamed to have people there who boldly exhibit their racist views. Never again will I patronize this store.
