Soup is warm water with no flavor ...Noodles or rice added to the same warm water! Staff is too quick to take phone order but does not listen to special needs. Very disappointing!!

Very very disappointed ordered food more than $35 paid them $45 items were missing from the order call and informed them that the order that they took to deliver was missing the item and if they can bring it, they informed us that they are not given us a refund or bring the missing item and the phone rep was arguing with customers very unprofessional. I thought customers is always right and I feel that if you’re overpaying, you should at least compensate and very bad Customer service would never order from them again.

I use to eat here all the time, this was my go to place for Chinese food. Until last night I placed an order for delivery and once the food got to me I realized they sent the wrong thing. I called back and spoke to the lady she told me she will send the correct order. So i took the wrong order and put it in the trash because I obviously didn't order that and had no one to give it to. Once the delivery man got to my house with the correct food he didn't not want to hand me over the food until I gave him the order I had thrown in the trash. I told him i put the food in the trash and he he said "if you don't give me the other order you won't get this one" I had to take the food out the trash and give it to him just so that I can get my correct order. I explained to him how it was the restaurant mistake and they shouldn't be taking food back once the food is in someone's house. I told him we just got out of an pandemic and you're really here taking food back from someone home. I obviously had opened the order to check that's how I knew it was the wrong one. He told me he will throw the order in the trash at the restaurant. Which I know 100% if that was the case he wouldn't have made such a big deal to get the food back. They took the food back to resell it. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!! That's is disgusting. Food should never return back to the kitchen once it has been in a customers hands. Completely on unsanitary!!
