I asked for guac and they gave me less than a ounce of guac when its supposed to be 4 ounces. I asked for 4 ounces and they told me thats not true but I work at chipotle so I know how much its supposed to be. They started a scene because they tried to scam me 3 DOLLARS for less than a ounce of guac. The chicken was very chewy and a lot of fat. The restaurant had flies and the drinks were hot.

At that chipotle you cannot buy early in the morning, I bought the food from the previous day, very bad, the rice was hard, the black guacamole was damaged, the cheese was all very bad experience, I will not buy there again.

In my opinion the Bronx Chipotle’s aren’t as good as the Manhattan Chipotle’s but Elly (or Ellie) made this visit special for me. I mainly come for the Chipotle Dressing (it’s sooo good!). Today I wanted to try the Barbacoa Steak, you from the commercials but they were out of dressing. Ellie did me a solid by going to the back and getting more dressing for me. Girl, you made my day!Vegetarian options: The meat is optional. If you don’t want it, skip it. I sometimes get the sofritas salad when I’m not in the mood for meat.Kid-friendliness: They have sitting areas that are kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the main floor. No ramp needed. But the doors are heavy so you may need help getting them to stay open.

Honestly its one of the worst Chipotle I have been to. Sometimes they run out of stuff . The uber eats rider takes up half the restaurant. And the food is also over salted like really over salted. And would it kill someone to come a sweep and clean the tables.

The service was awful, the lady that served me was disrespectful. I had asked for a child's meal quesadilla, the girl told me "You only get that online," and then proceeded to speak in Spanish to 3 guys lined up against the wall basically making fun of me for asking for a quesadilla. Those 3 guys were not in uniform, didn't look like they were employees. They were just there, speaking with the girl, laughing. At that point, I was annoyed, she clearly didn't think I understood her and how she thought I was stupid for asking for a child's meal quesadilla. I didn't even bother to ask again because of her attitude. She also did not give me the chips and guacamole I had asked for, she ignored me when I asked for it and moved onto the next person. I would have caught her name if she was wearing a name tag. The food was not as fresh as advertised in this location, specifically the lettuce. The dining room was messy and was not well kept. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location. 1 star is too generous.

Foods looking dry and un appetizing so I don't understand why the food in place looks so different for my chipotle so I have gone into. I have gone to ones in Manhattan. I've gone to the ones that are in Delaware New Jersey. Still not understanding why the food is looking a little crazy up in there maybe it's because it's the end of the day that should make a whole hell of a lot of difference but it's making a difference to me because I don't wanna eat anything from there, I know that's my feeling that's my story and I'm sticking to it. I need to do better with the food it was no one really in there a few people that were in there. I guess the end of the day but it's really only 737. I'm wondering if they're gonna be putting out fresh food before they have to close

I almost always buy at this establishment.But one day we bought it and lost the receipt. And my daughter who was only 12 years old wanted to use the bathroom and they denied her the bathroom just because she didn't have the receipt.My annoyance is that where was people's empathy. And managing this place is a very bad example for his colleagues!

If Chipotle restaurants motto is that there food is cooked fresh, why when you go within the first hour of opening are they serving food from the prior day. When you ask is this yesterday’s food they will lie and tell you no. If you open at 10:45am why will the food trays look like this in less than an hour? They need to get there self together and clean before people arrive and while they are there. Chair were dirty and tables as well. First of all I’ve never been to a chipotle in as long as it’s been in business and got hard rice every time I order, unfortunately it’s been numerous times I paid for undercooked rice at this location. This is ridiculous please fix this, also the food is way too salty most of the time. This location is in my community and I would love for it to stay but you guys have to do better with the food.
