Worst experience ever I literally went in at 9:50pm they close at 11pm they had two pieces of steak and like 4 pieces of chicken they had the nerve to say that all we have for the night and all the meat was dried out super disgusting I got there an hour and ten min before closing and still trash I drove 30 min just to walk right back out

I went to this location in 2019 about 3-4 months after they opened. I bought 3 chicken burritos and they were all 95% white rice. There was literally no meat or other veggies or anything on them . I spent over $30.00 on white rice basically. I threw them all in them garbage and never went back. That was the first and last time I went to any chipotle. Awful experience. They need proper training. I will never go back.

The lettuce was not cleaned. It's full of dirt, sand! Freaking Gross ?. The whole order was trashed. Management, please train your staff. Thanks for a horrible experience.
After I go food shopping next door at Stop & Shop I enjoy their burrito bowl with all the fixings- the staff are top notch too - only gripe is I wish they would get the ice dispenser fixed so I could get a fountain drink - at least there's Mexican Coke in a glass

They don’t even deserve one star. they deserve zero stars. This place is very unprofessional and do not take pride in their work. I went there today expecting to get my normal order . The lady was SLIGHTLY raising her at customers saying how the line was closed . She then went about renting to her co workers about people calling out and was ignoring customers when they were asking when the line would re open. The lady said the line would re open at 4pm , so me getting there are 3:20 waited until 4. when 4 pm came around , i called to the lady to ask if the line was re open . she ignored me so this man answered me then went to ask her himself . She said no and had people wait there just for us not to be able to get our food . The only way that people were able to receive food was through mobile order . it was very inconvenient and majority of the staff is rude .
