Let me start off thank you for the enjoyable evening unfortunately There was a fight the Chuck E. Cheese employee did not deserve that especially around kids I told the staff I’m still coming back I had an enjoyable evening with my daughter and the birthday party that we had I hope she’s doing OK this is not cool we come there for enjoyment and release for the kids not ghetto again I hope the Chuck E. Cheese employees she’s OK

This is one of the biggest Chuck E Cheese locations I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here since I was about 8 years old I believe & I am now 23. My family & I are having a fantastic time & the staff has gone above & beyond to make my sisters birthday experience a very pleasant one. The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS. Thank you so much God Bless!

I had a birthday party for my son at this location hosted by Jordan and was extremely pleased with the service he provided. I had arrived early and he made sure he introduced himself and that we were promptly attended to. Jordan was present attentive and kind the entire time. He assured that everything in my party package was provided and kept everything running on schedule as far as food activities and cake cutting. He made the hosting extremely easy for me and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Five star experience thanks to Jordan!

I had a birthday party for my daughter here on 03/09/2024, we arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time even though it was pouring cats and dogs outside. We waited for the party tables to be decorated. The party host then said to me we can get seated which was 5:30 pm and it’s a two hour session so 7:30 pm the party will be over. I felt as if I was hosting a party at my house instead because I had no clue when the food was coming out everyone was waiting. I had to keep asking for everything which I paid for and should be organized before hand. I felt like a headless chicken. It was confusing and all over the place. Time was running out and we barely got to have everything ready because I had to keep asking for what I paid for. I could’ve had a better party else where.

All the yrs coming to this one and spending Massive money even recently 2/28/24 on my daughters birthday party I was given containers to take our to go food home… I love the salad and chose to stop by a day later to order a pie and that as well to take home after work, so after paying 30 minutes for my daughter to play while waiting for my order, I asked for a container to take my salad to go. The kitchen staff tells me they do not do that and they will give me a refund because they’re not allowed to do that but just the other day which was less than 48 hours I was given about 13 containers to take everything home I just don’t get ? But yet my husband orders a pie eats a slice and asks for a container to put the rest of the food in to go with. I’m trying to figure out. Why wasn’t he told the same thing it just doesn’t make any sense how that was played out and what’s puzzling is I just spent $350 something dollars there less than 48 hours ago and it’s an issue to take a salad home. Are you kidding me I’m good I’ll be taking my kids somewhere else.Another Thing they discourage kids that are tall to go into the trampoline so if your child’s tall, do not bring them there to play on the trampoline, they will tell them no
