The price’s always change. You are never charged the same price for the same things twice. If you buy multiple items there’s always 2-3 dollars added onto the final price sometimes 5 dollars. Many times I had to ask what the price was for every item and after doing this the price changes for certain items or the guy behind the counter goes “oh sorry I made a mistake” It took me a few visits to realize that I was being over charged. Shopping here is like buying something in Times Square. Plus many items are old and outdated.

I got a drink here the price the guy told me was $2.50. When I checked my Apple Pay after I was charge $3.12. Even with the highest NYC tax it should only be $2.72. I don’t care about losing a few cents, it’s the principle. If you tell people a price, charge them that.

Not City Line Anymore..... Horrible Food, stall roll..... Got sick the first time, gave it another chance thinking maybe it was not the deli.....well, I was wrong! The new owner is a grumpy old man that yells at the ladies working behind the counter. Oh by the way, he doesn't practice safe COVID protocol. You will spot him easily.....he is the one wearing the mask as a chin diaper.

Had lunch. The Limerick is an awesome club. Salty pastrami and corned beef, smoky bacon and counterbalanced by sauerkraut and russian

I go to City Line every chance I get for lunch - the chicken salad is amazing and Shelley and her team are the best. I recently had City Line cater an event and they did an excellent job! The food (chicken, pasta, salad and sausage and peppers) were delicious and there was a ton. The prices were reasonable (especially for the amount) and they delivered so I didn't have to worry about a thing. City Line is the absolute best, I highly recommend! Thank you!!

I hadn't eaten here in a while because their breakfast sandwiches left much to be desired. I once ordered a sandwich with 2 eggs, bacon and cheese. I'm pretty certain that it was just one egg mixed with milk. The eggs were fluffier, and moister than they should've been. Skip to, maybe a year later. In the area for work, and decided on stopping there for lunch. I figure, how can they mess up a soup and a buttered roll. I ask, "How much is the soup?" The cook responded, "Small is $2.99, and big is $3.99" I repeated back to him. "Small $2.99 and large $3.99" He said, "Yes" and showed me the difference in sizes. I said, "I'll take a large beef barley and one of those seeded rolls with butter." I go to pay and told the lady behind the counter. My order. She charged me $4.99 for the soup and $1.50 for the roll. I said, "He told me a large is $3.99" She said, "No. small is $3.99. Large is $4.99" The cook walked over and nodded his head at the lady in agreement. I said, "No. he told me it was $3.99 for large." She said, "Well, he made a mistake." I said, "Then I don't want it." And walked out. It may seem ridiculous to just walk out over $1, but when you're told a certain price, and they try to change it on you, they should honor the mistake. So, now they get no dollars from me. I never thought their food was ever really that good, but I was in the mood for soup, and figured that even if it came out of a Campbell's can, it couldn't be too bad. Which I wouldn't put past them if that was what they did. I just know that now, I won't "give it a shot" with them anymore. I just feel bad for the next person who orders beef barley soup because, again, wouldn't put it past them to just toss what was in that container back in the pot with the rest of the soup.
