everyone loved the cake it was nice & fresh , & good no complaints. Only thing I had to wait a hour in a half longer then I was suppose to pick it up but I still got it on time. I added the cake toppers but the cake was exactly how I asked for

Currently, I only buy their cheese empanadas that are made every morning which are good but do not buy anything else because of my previous experience. Maybe the other things are better now as they have limited their offerings. _____________________ Back in 2022, the goods they are selling are old, I might even say they are past their shelf-life. I got a chocolate cupcake for $4.36; the frosting tasted like the heavy cream used was going bad! The cupcake itself was hard, crusty, and tasted like it was made 3 weeks before. There was nothing fresh about the whole thing. It was disappointing, I do not know how to explain how bad the cupcake was in words! I think they have a lot of things to figure out. Potential first-time business owners? But regardless, I would not buy from here at this point.

Cookies are hard like a rock and cakes are old and made with cheap ingredients all cakes has cream only so if you want fruit flavor they have no fruits in besides food coloring for a color and staff are rude they laugh in my face bc I didn't understand Spanish and manager is even worse.they also wrote name on cake so ugly 5 years old child would do it better

This place is trash. I ordered from here once and was not satisfied but gave them two more chances so I'm very confident in my review.The grilled cheese was dry and not very cheesy. I'm no chef but a basic grilled cheese has three key ingredients (bread, butter, cheese) and they skipped one and skimped on the other, leaving me with nothing more than dry toast. It was very disappointing. However, the grilled cheese was better than the chocolate mousse cake. The cake was hard, dry, and crunchy. Absolutely terrible.I could go on but why? This place has let me down thrice and I only have myself to blame. I wanted to be great but they refused to accept the challenge.

DO NOT GO HERE. This bakery basically STOLE my money. I put in an order for a cake and when I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready they told me the cake was never made because they didn't have the supplies for it. When I asked for my money back the manager said no and that I could use the money I spent on store credit. When I said I didn't want to buy anything else from them or spend anymore money in this bakery the manager still refused to give me my money back. The manager is a GREEDY woman. Do not support this place.

To be honest I don't even know where to start but don't even bother getting anything from here this is not the first time I purchase from here but this is beyond disappointing look at the lettering of the name I could of just done it at this point and look at the happy birthday the lack of effort put into this cake is insane somebody call the cops on them cause this is crazy this is a crime

I want to like this place but not only overpriced for their food sometimes its old. Also ordering breakfast sandwiches example egg sandwhich should not have mayo and ketchup??? why do they do this? Just threw two sandwhices in the trash after spending good money!!! NO MORE done with them and the old donuts as well.. will walk a block and go to dunkin donuts.
