HORRIBLE SERVICE I LITERALLY JUST RECEIVED AT 10:13pm on June 3rd, 2023! After a long day I decided to have food delivered in which they did NOT pack all of my food! Didn’t even care to read the instructions because they also sent the WRONG ITEMS! I called to see what was going on and the person who picked up said that they could not accommodate me because I’m too far when I’m only 5 MINUTES AWAY DRIVING! So they just took my money and I didn’t get my correct order! He also hung up the phone in my face when I was nicely asking to be accommodated! I will be writing reviews until the issue is resolved! You never know who you’re talking to so businesses need to treat all customers with respect! I WILL keep up with the reviews until this issue is resolved. Shame on them!

Welcome to the ghetto bronx chicken spot in east gunhill road where you come from a late night shift at work to order some food and at 1am you have this guy being hostile and rude and threatening people because they taken pictures of the menu , telling me i cant record or take pictures of things inside the restaurant i asked him where is the sign for that ? Or is this a federal building he kept being demanding and threatening me that he would do something to me . I have the full recording i will report this guy and he should not have a job very nasty and rude person

Please just walk to Jerome and theres a crown fried there. I bought a combo over rice and the white sauce was bitter and the hot sauce was buffalo packet hot sauce blechhhhh. And not worth the $9! Not sure how the fried chicken is but I don’t want to go back.
