Worst experience ever!!! My husband and I decided to try this restaurant after stumbling across it on instagram. Upon arrival the woman doing take out orders, her attitude comes off as if she hates working there and she didn’t want to be bothered. We decided to dine in to get the full experience, little did we know it was going to be the worst. Dexter our waiter had zero personality and he too seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. He gave us a menu and just told us to scan the back for a more full list of food options. The menu prices made absolutely no sense they are extremely over priced. Your appetizers and entrees should not be the same price, please expect to spend over $100 for two people. We ordered two rum punch which were both to sweet for $15 each. We told him and we watched our drinks sit on the counter and get watered down only for him to bring the same drinks back to us again lol terrible. Our food took 365 days to come out only for it to be just ok nothing to go riding home about. While eating a group of teenagers who ordered take out brought there food into the dine in area an ate there food, so what’s the point of having take out and dine in? Overall this establishment isn’t worth the hype and I would not recommend this place to anyone at all if I could give zero stars I would & THATS ON JESUS SANDALS

I saw them on Instagram and the food looks so delicious I had been wanting to go for a really long time initially upon walking in I was not impressed by the aesthetic but I was there for the food so I checked those thoughts and proceeded to order it was my intention on ordering several of the things that I had seen on Instagram I started with the shrimp nachos and my friend ordered the oxtail tacos. I have to say that everything was well seasoned but they put a sweet sauce on the two things we ordered. I have consistently said this in every review I hate sweet food. After the appetizers I was so disappointed. The saving Grace was that they had a great playlist which at some point someone turned off and put some kind of instrumentals on that sealed the deal and I was ready to get out of there. My friend wants to give them another chance after they get their drinks situation settled. But I would definitely need to see if there's an option to not have the sweet sauce put on it before I eat there again..

Came here yesterday for the first time & let me just say I am amazed. Nowadays is hard to find a great Caribbean restaurant that will hit the spot but this was has to be mf favorite!!!! The owner was so welcoming & let us choose where we wanted to sit . I had ordered Rasta pasta with chicken & my colleague ordered shrimp Mac and cheese with sweet chili wings . The wings itself had so much flavor but the sauces were the icing on the cake. The Mac and cheese was just perfect & the Rasta pasta did what it needed to do. As soon as I took a bite out of the chicken I said “WOWWW”. I definitely give this place a 10/10!!!!

After seeing videos of food that look so good I Waited over 1 hour and my oxtails were SUPER HARD And SUPER THIN basically not edible. Paid $70 for 2 plates and was highly disappointed. Told the ladies upfront that I couldn’t get my teeth through the oxtails and they didn’t even offer another meat to compensate. The sides were AMAZING. but the oxtails were so hard and the customer service wasn’t good. So unfortunately……. 1 star ?

After food was ready as I paid I realized my order was missing some stuff but I was able to correct it and took that to go, as far as the food it was good being that it was fresh. Went back a couple of days later a little earlier in the day and took my food to go when I got home once again my order was wrong some of my order was missing and I was charged for it, food wasn’t fresh reason I know is because I ordered the same thing and since I live so far I just took the loss. So disappointed make sure you check your orders and check for freshness.

Worst customer service ever. Will never be back nor recommend anyone to this place. Waiting 2 hrs for a waffle and chicken and Mac & cheese is just disgraceful. Watched these workers favorite orders and have ppl waiting more than an hour for prefixed meals. Disgusted with this place, and the crazy thing is I understand when a place is busy like on this rainy Saturday. But to watch people come into a restaurant 30-40 mins after I place an order and order their food and leave. Wish I could put 0 stars. I hope whoever visited this place is ready to wait an HOUR+ for prefixed food !!

I seen this place on instagram and instantly wanted food. I traveled all the way from Queens in traffic to get there . I arrived and seen a small side of the restaurant that was only doing takeout. I asked them to be seated on the side where the table were bc I didn’t want to do takeout and I was told i can ONLY order takeout and pick a table to sit down. I then proceeded too wait but I heard ppl huffing and puffing and i asked if they were waiting to be seated or ordered.. I was told by a couple that they were waiting for takeout food for 30 minutes because they couldn’t dine in. Ppl there waiting was also talking about the fact their social media showed complete differently. I cant judge the food but the atmosphere, customer service and environment (at the moment) was horrible. I left and got me some Popeyes around the corner chile. I feel scammed though the videos on instagram looked so real and good.
