GROOMERS FROM THE CROSSBRONX PETSHOP ORDER FROM HERE ON A REGULAR & GIVE THIS PLACE A LOT OF BUSINESS HOWEVER THEY ARE RUDE AND ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDERS. SANDWHICHES ARE DELIVERED COLD & DRY , THEY FORGET YOUR DRINKS HALF THE TIME , SO YOU HAVE TO REORDER OR WAIT FOR THEM TO GO BACK TO PICK IT UP SO THEY CAN DELIVER IT. YOU WOULD THINK AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY THERE THEY WOULD APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMERS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've had the quesadillas, the burritos, and tacos. They're all flavorful and delicious. This utterly the best place that I know from here to Pelham parkway that has great Mexican food.

The food for the most part is decent. The service on the other hand is horrible. The chef was very rude specifically my mother did her order and lingered a bit longer than she should have but thought nothing of it since it was empty and no one was coming in. Apparently instead of asking if everything was okay or if she wanted anything else the chef says you have been sitting here too long so leave now. How rude ! Lost my and my family's business....

This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The crew is very receptive and the cooking they place on your table is so yummy. I never decline to have a nice meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. I came here and ordered a Torta for my daughters. They don't speak English but I was able to order my sandwich with no meat or tomatoes and she understood. I got my sandwich and didn't notice there was meat in it before I gave it to my daughters. They started eating it and let me know there was something fried in it. I realized there was meat in it and called the restaurant and she apologized for their mistake and said they would deliver the correct sandwich. I let her know the kids already bit into the sandwich and she said ok. When the delivery guy came my husband went down to get the sandwich and was asked for the first sandwich. My husband informed them that the sandwich was bit into and he said my husband can't get the new sandwich. The delivery guy then calls the owner or whoever it was and proceeded to tell him my husband was Moreno. My husband understands a little Spanish and was upset because why does his skin color matter. These people are also minorities and barely speak English but they wanna mention my husbands skin color. The Nerve! The delivery guy gives my husband the phone and the owner answers with an attitude telling my husband next time look in the sandwich. How do you screw up someone's order and then get an attitude. How about next time you give the correct order. My kids didn't notice the meat and I didn't when I gave it to them because it blended in with the beans. This business is horrible. Were they going to resell the sandwich if we returned it. They also should have someone that speaks English in the store. They acknowledged their mistake and then blames us for biting into the sandwich and not returning it. On top of that, they brought skin color into the equation. I will never patronize this place again.
