Owner was super cool really nice guy. Came through to try the oxtail empanada since a friend recommended. I wanted to love this place but the oxtail empanada was piping hot in the corners and still cold in the center. The dipping sauce that came with it was really good. I'll try and give this place another chance when I can

I work in the area and I must say, this is one of the BEST places to eat. The service there is excellent, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is EXCELLENT.
Uber Eats! Placed an order via Uber Eats on a Friday evening. Within 25mins of placing my order it was cancelled with no explanation. Tried calling the establishment but didn't get an answer. Total waste of time.

D'Melting Pot offers a unique latin flair on classic Jamaican Caribbean eats. I've never seen ackee & saltfish, callaloo & saltfish or oxtail empanadas!! This place has it all! The ackee & saltfish and callaloo empanadas are top tier!! They are bursting with flavor and you will not want to put them down. Who knew these could be so good in an empanada? I've had the whitening combo with fried dumpling and it was okay. I thought this entree could use more flavor. They have a diversified menu including sweet treats like waffles, salads, smoothies and desserts. There's still so much that I haven't yet tried. I can say that the empanadas are totally bomb though so if you try anything be sure to try those!

Ordered a medium oxtail with rice and peas.Price was a little more than I was accustomed to paying for a medium ox, but it was very good.Depends on the time of day, parking can be rough but I lucked out at 8

Lawd havis mercy!! I have been searching for this flavor in my brown stew chicken since my favorite Jamaica restaurant closed a few years back! It was so flavorful! Me tell yu!! I am elated!! ? Let me put all ya'll, especially my Hispanics, onto their Ox-Tail Empanadas because they are too good!! It was the first time I had ever tried Ox-Tail and now I always want Ox-Tail! Aside from that, their curry goat is my second love. The food and service are always immaculate.

The place is very clean but won't buy food from there anymore. Bought curry goat. Meat was very tender but with no flavor and lacking the taste of curry. I know a good thick seasoning when i see it and this wasnt it. The amount of rice to meat was RIDICULOUS. I had about 5 pieces of meat with rice to feed 3 people.

I bought some ripe plantains from this place. I couldn't even eat it because the way it was served.Firstly, it was served in a paper bag that was lined but it was so oily (soaked in oil more like it) I had to throw it away.
