Worst service over the phone ever. Ignores calls when customer is having a problem with there delivery order. Being polite doesn’t work, these Bengali employees just cut the call and when things get too hard for them ?

Each time I’m scare to place an order and when I do pum. It’s crazy to pay $8.99 for a chicken Alfredo pasta and it’s not even half of the plate ??♀️ with 1-2 pieces of chicken. Pizza missing topping. Placing a delivery is like playing russian roulette!!!!!!!

I ordered for delivery, the driver was rude and unprofessional. I asked if he was allowed to meet me by the lobby door for me to get my food and he said blankly “ I’m not getting out the car” then hung up on me mid sentence and drove off. I called the place they said they would send a new driver. Then never did. The customer service is horrendous.

I would give zero stars if I could. I order from here frequently, but today will be the last time. I waited for over an hour with no update on the "tracker". When I called the store to inquire about my order they claimed the driver called and I did not pick up. A blatant lie. They said I would have to wait another 20 minutes now for a redelivery. Fine. I'm sitting in front of my home, when the delivery driver "Carlos" pulls up and immediately BLARES his horn. Upon seeing me, he gets out and brings my food. I questioned him about the supposed call, and he insists he called "multiple" times. I ask "You called right now?" He nods yes. Another blatant lie. Completely unprofessional. If you're going to charge 6$ for delivery, make sure the drivers are able to PROPERLY contact customers. No way I should be expected to listen out for someone honking their horn.

Ordered a pizza 12am even tipped the people making it 10 bucks because I feel a 12am pizza is kinda rude but I’m hungry so I show them my appreciation.I get home and my pizza taste like soap or some chemical they were cleaning with probably when my order came in I’m not sure. but I call them the next day because it’s 12am to let them know my problem and they hang up on me after telling them I still have the pizza if they want to see it after just explaining the problem not a rude person at all I get hung up on and get a call back by a different employee saying they can’t refund me.It’s alright but being hung up on like I’m a rude person when I’m anything but rude to these people wasn’t right so I guess I will just be going to the new pizza hut for my late night hunger from now on.Never had a problem but when I do and I call to tell you and you hang up on me I’m going to write a review.
