It's a small space and it's cheap coffee. Designed to give you the rush you need to get out of here and get to work.You don't want to sit down here. Actually it's not a sit down place, there are no seats. If you're looking for experience, Starbucks is the place.Like all extremely fast food services based on time, the quality can be bad. That's just part of the job. You're not at Starbucks and not at a diner or local coffee shop where quality is a big indicator.You're at the coffee equivalent of McDonald's. Which isn't a bad thing if you're only looking for quick coffee, quick snacks and quick service.Keep in mind, please speak slow when adding things to your order to give the cashier's time to put it in the system when taking you. They're not just cashiers but they also have to put things physically on their screens as an order on top of listening to you at the same time. They're multitasking. For example:"Can I have a medium coffee..""Medium coffee.""With 2 shots of caramel..""2 caramel..""And almond milk.""Almond milk.""That's all."For your own sake please take your time. It makes your day faster. I do it and I get great service all the time.

Don't like the guy on wheelchair outside asking for money for food, but if you offer to get him something, he says he doesn't want dunkin', lol ? ? people in the bronx are too funny...Parking: Parking is always double upWheelchair accessibility: Yes...

If I can give 0 stars I would.I go in and order 3 sandwiches.2 sausage Egg No cheese due to allergies and 1 Bacon egg cheese.4 Donuts -3 Chocolate and sprinkles and 1 vanilla sprinkles.I wait over 15 min for my order after they clear out the store/Making online orders.I say hey where my order.It been sitting in the counter.A Spanish young girl passes it to me.Then I leave get to my car and as I'm taking my food out 1 of My sandwiches are wrong,with cheese after I ask for no cheese and my donuts are all wrong.At this point I'm annoyed.I go back explain my situation the Middle Eastern man at the register is annoyed because they messed up my food and I just ask for it to be fixed.He grab my bag rudely so at this point I'm just like I don't even want it I want refund .He like no I get irritated asked for manager.Manager come out rude af asking for all the food back.They messed up 1 sándwich the donuts my kids ate I just took back what was wrong he refused to look at my receipt said he made it and assured I was wrong when I open the sandwich and showed my receipt he ignored me.Horrible ass customer service.Then tell me he doesn't care the other guy make my sandwich over and throws my bag on the counter.At this point I just grab my food I paid for n left.I will not be ever going there.As loyal Dunkin customer this is disgusting behavior to run a business.

My toasted sandwich was cold, the bread was not toasted, and the bacon barely looked cooked.
This has got to be one of the worst dunkins I have been to! I am surprised when i order ahead and my food is ready because most times it is not despite ordering 10 mins ahead. Today I ordered an Avocado Toast with toasted tomatoes, Hash Browns and cold brew coffee. #8947 I ordered it at 740am and at 755am I was still waiting for my food. I finally get my food and when I got to my office 5 minutes later, I discovered I had a VERY cold Avocado Toast NOOOOO roasted tomatoes. I paid 4.49 for the Toast with tomatoes and got a plain one which is 3.69. This place is TERRIBLE!! I'm done. Never again!

I’m going to stop ordering from this location. They seal bags for deliveries without checking to make sure all of your items are in the bag. I only had an issue with the staff working evening shift and not the day shift. I called before placing order, spoke with a staff member to confirm the drinks with my order and upon delivery, items are missing. Placed an order for delivery and they forgot about four items I purchased. PAY ATTENTION

I ordered through the mobile app. I arrived 5 minutes after my order was sent to the store. I stood there waiting because it was crowded. Esgar was prepping food Shahin and Luftha was in the register tills assisting the customers on the line. Shahin walked from behind the counter and approached a family with a child in the stroller very aggressively. The woman holding the carriage was very upset on how he approached her aggressively asking her and yelling did she order as if she was the homeless man holding the door for us to enter the store. Shahin then went back behind the counter and push the door close behind him. The door swings so I stepped back to insure I wouldn’t get hit by the swinging door. Shahin walked to help prep the food in the back. I kindly ask him if he could wash his hands first or put gloves on he said no mind business. I asked if he can repeat that because his accent is very heavy he said “OH JUST GO JUST LEAVE “. I told him he is very rude and unsanitary and he didn’t care about the public. He’s handling money then going directly to the food without washing his hands or putting gloves on serves the public a great risk if he isn’t doing his part as an employee. Millions of people go to dunkin for their breakfast lunch or snacks or just a cup of coffee this is truly absurd and I would not be returning I will reach out to corporate on Monday mornjing to insure this never happens again. Especially with Shahin and his disrespectful behaviors at work with the public. For him to be comfortable to tell me to JUST GO JUST LEAVE is rude it is we the public that help keep these locations open by continuously ordering. I’m a perks member and I purchase often this is unfair.

Very bad service I’ve asked for a signature ice coffee the caramel craze and gave something else had to fix my own coffee and also order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on Monday July 25,22 and around 12pm started having abdominal pain and lots of gases also was the only thing I had that day and the second day same thing gases and abdominal pain I’ve been food poisoning
