No one knows what they are doing despite there being million employees in there. Honestly the service is rude and no one looks like they want to be there even though everyone looks like they are on some sort of temporary stay in the USA so I would imagine the incentive to work would be stronger. Like the other Dunkin in town, this location USED to be fine but has gone downhill. Honestly all these fast food places are going downhill and I predict their bankruptcy. Dunkin is definitely struggling. When I went in here the staff were joking around on their IPads and a man teaching another staff member to make a drink taught him with no enthusiasm and rushed it so I was given some random tasting drink. That’s another thing about Dunkin nowadays. There is no consistency across stores!!!!!

while in the bronx i stopped to get some coffee and a turkey sausage bagel no cheese via the drive thru at dunkin donuts and i was a bit surprised how fast the whole process took. not too many dd drive thru dunks especially in the bronx and most of the time i order inside but no lines means no getting out of car. typical dd in the bronx and thats cool with me .

It is truly mind blowing how horrible this dunkin is. They are always understaffed and also completely clueless. How is it possible to wait for a piece of food for a 10 plus min when it should take max 40 seconds.
