They made a mistake 3 times in one order #6916 I ask for 8 orders hashbrowns they gave me 3 then I told the lady how many orders of hashbrowns you gave me she said 3 then I told her 8 then I ordered 3 egg cheese on crosants I don't eat pork then I took my order home opened the bag and it's ham Swiss crosants I was mad but then what pist me of I called them trying to tell them I don't eat pork the girl hanged up the phone in my face I called again she picked up the phone and hanged up again now look that's what made me mad I don't care about the food they don't have respect this is America not India have some respect for the customers I'm middle eastern my self and I own a food business if we make a mistake to a customer and they call i apology to them and refund them or I deliver their food to their house so I don't make them walk out of their house customers always right.

After taking my order and prepping my ice cream he slammed the order on the counter and made me feel threatened. Please counsel your workers on how to treat clients and their orders. The manager was made aware and he smiled back and did nothing about it. I was yelled by the shift manager Molibur as he said just take your order but I did not order a coffee. He took my money and never gave me my order.
