I was waiting for my order one of the young ladies in there just seating there texting away store getting full she is helping non of her Co workers. She seating there giving dirty looks to everyone except for friends who came in store an was giving out free ice cream. She can never take my order as long as she works there I get bad vibes when she is working there an only thing I see her do is make cones. I believe she might be a manager at night. Feel bad for other workers cus she has no customer service. Even watch her drop a lady food an didn't say one word to customer.

a decent dd in the bronx thats open 24/7 that i assume that the cabbies and after midnight roamers enjoy visiting. for me its a before midnight visit as i am in the bronx on biz and a few donuts and coolata on a warm thursday morning seems like a plan. decent amount of donuts and food items and even with limited space and seating. i was able to order and wait 5 minutes for my drink with my bag of donuts in hand in harmony with the other waiting customers as well. yep 3 stars for this dd in the bronx and maybe i will get a fun brainfreeze while sipping my cool treat.

Service can be slow sometimes but overall the staff is good except for one short fat spanish lady who closes Mondays and Tuesdays. If you show up an hour before closing she ALWAYS gives an attitude if you ask for a latte but the store doesn’t close for an hour.If you don’t like your job just quit and find another job. It’s pretty simple.Also, the homeless people literally just hang out right by the door. Some even inside and no one on staff tells them to leave either they just stay there. This is EVERY SINGLE DAY.They do make great lattes though.

I haven't been here in a while but recently when I went for ice cream, the guy serving me looked clueless and was even drinking his milk shake while taking my order. Definitely not professional. Then when I returned, the lady serving me kept wiping her nose with the back of her hand, with the scooper in her hand. Listen... It's gross. Not returning.

Why when I asked for a large straw they told me we can not give you a big straw cause you have a small drink!! Where is that posted in your store policy. I am a paying customer I should be able to receive any size straw and napkins I want as a paying customer Please show me where it states this? This was located at 2 kingsbridge Bronx ny. Now as a customer we are not allowed to request a large straw like that is so uncalled for!!
