my son went to get a bagel the bagel was hard they just threw the cream cheese on the bagel it was very disgusting they should do better when serving customers

I actually wanted to buy an ice cream cake, but the sales associate didn't know which cakes were cake and icecream or ice cream and cookies. I had to guess and then he said" let me know if it's cake or not once you start eating it." I thing he was delusional. I will not be buying ice cream cakes from there anytime soon.

U get your food fast, the ice caramel lattes actually have enough Caramel in them so it doesn't taste bland, and I can get a tub of ice cream for the kiddos definitely the best

The Evening shift is HORRIBLE. And They close when they want to NOT according to their sign on the door. Then when ur at the window they'll tell you what their NOT going to serve. How??!!! When the owners/managers are there everything is ran so smoothly . ( WAS & FIR )
