This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location ever! They are beyond slow and while customers are waiting in long lines and getting frustrated they are having conversations about everything except our orders.

The worker there are top 1 don’t pay no attention, will have a whole conversation in front of you before they take your order and the u have to wait for them to finish their conversation for you to get your drink. And then the drink dont even be good because they be no focus on everything else but making the drinks. Been going here since 2012 and the service keeps getting worse and worse. I rather drive to the DD next to the Bronx Zoo they get a right every time.

They refused to service my order of 2 fried eggs for my 4yr old. At first they said "Dunkin does not do that" and when I assured the staff many other Dunkens have, they accused me of not wanting to pay for a full sandwich. I came back later in the day showing them a purchase receipt from another Dunkin where they were happy to service the order. Unfortunately this Dunkin still refused and 3 employees were quick to rally at the register almost yelling about how every Dunkin is different and their Dunkin does not have a register code to sell fried eggs alone. They all insisted it's the owners fault for not allowing them to sell the eggs that way. Im fairly certain they just didn't know how to enter fried eggs only into the register and had no interest in figuring it out the way so many other Dunkin's have done.

There are always weird dangerous People in there and the attitude not good would not go there went once the second time i went horrible environment in there n a lady giving actitude to People thats not

The Service in that location is very poor. Stand on line for more than ten minutes and when I was the next one go be taken the employee didn't Service me, even though he saw me waiting patiently. Since he totally ignored me I left.
