I ordered a FROZEN mocha but for some reason the second day ordering it from this location, I get an ice blended latte. As if it was not blended with enough ice. So I ask for it to be reblended and just add more ice. That’s all really nice and polite, the woman on staff INSTANTLY starts to debate me. telling me she Followed directions and I’m just okay well I’m telling you didn’t add enough ice for a frozen mocha because this is a latte. They did NOT fix the drink and because it was an online order refused to do the refund for the drink . which I called and got back instantly but it’s the principle. I live in this neighborhood trying to support and this is how yall treat customers when the mistake is on your end??? Like are the ingredients for these coffees coming out of their checks or something!?!?? Cause the people you have working at this location act like it !!!! All I wanted was a frozen mocha coffee. And THE INDIAN WOMAN ON STAFF REFUSED TO REMAKE SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID FOR, JUST SAD !

DD breakfast wraps are amazing. I really enjoy a hot cup of cuppiciano. My o ky complaint are the high prices .
The The cleanliness of the attendant is really bad. That's what really brought down the whole service part. You should not be smelling the body order from an attendant that works at a place.
