For the love of God, I don’t know why I punish myself every morning a cashier takes the order, then leaves the counter when she has four people working with her and starts making a drink herself. The cashier should bring the customers up, and the other people should make the drinks Every single day it’s an issue in the store. If it’s not one thing, it’s the other I deserve it.

I went in and ordered two hot coffees. One with toasted almond flavor, the other hazelnut and two sugars. I'm not even going to harp on the terrible customer service. The coffee was garbage. No flavor at all. No sweetness. It tasted like nothing. I will surely continue going to Starbucks. They never miss.

While the service was fast and quick. I noticed that the egg is still a hockey puck frozen from a box in the freezer then it is microwaved. The cheese was actually melted this time. —/The New Lemon Cake on the counter by the register can be any diabetic biggest attack. Did you know it has 3/4 cup of sugar in it? 80 percent sugar. With a whooping 450 calories. It says all natural calories I can’t imagine where? 22 grams of fat, 75 mg cholesterol, 310 mg of salt, 1 gram fiber, total sugars 41 grams and 40 grams added sugar whopping 80 percent of pure artery hardening, headed for the hospital sugar high, an a artificial lemon flavor thatLast more then 30 minutes. Cake sugar is the first ingredient Did we not learn anything that is sugar number one is all sugar. Really Dunkin !!!!!! whole wheat flour, soybean oil, palm oil, gum xanthum gum is an emulfier that can cause cancer, , lemon juice, salt, soy, and more all natural bull of natural fake ness. Lawsuit for false advertising a product

Nice environment, servers were very friendly, and waiting time was indeed quick.
Oh boy! Here's the thing, there's a science behind fast food- you prepare things quickly because the customer is on the run. More specially, the company's catch phrase is " America runs on Dunkin". Well, not at this location. America is crawling because they are soooooo sloooooooooow. It's before 8:00 AM and I run in to order a box of donuts for a meeting I was having with some teachers nearby. The first guy who attempted to serve me couldn't stop coughing, wasn't wearing gloves nor a mask. No sir! You are not it. I kindly asked him to step away. I'm comes his colleague to the rescue. It took her about 9 mins to pack the box, then she sloooowly looked for a bag... cashed me out. That took about 20 mins and the gag is I was one of two people in the store. Come on! I don't know who's in charge but let's work on sanitary food handling and moving with more expediency especially during rush hour.

The woman was rude and dismissive! I and began to laugh and make a mockery of my order. The co worker and friend joined in and I felt uncomfortable I will not be going back and I will contact the corporate office for further review. The customer service was the worst experience.

Every time there’s either a issue with this Dunkin or the employee there have a major attitude problem, I wonder how the owner allows this to continue on. This location sucks! Gave me ice cold food! You have one job to preheat already cooked processed garbage and you can’t even do that. Stay away from this location! They do not take pride in their establishment. Lost my business and everyone i know too.
