I come to the Dunkin’ Donuts every day before I get to work. I usually use the drive-through. LUCKY has such good energy! I love how self serving she is, she makes her job seem fun! Always always gives me exactly what I ask for. Small iced caramel latte with one pump of caramel. And I like my latte with cream… this is the only dunkin that actually listens and doesn’t has lazy workers! Highly recommend!

The staff is not fluent in English... and ordering a black coffee with a non dairy creamer or milk was a task ... I was so frustrated I just ordered a black coffee and left..
Gave wrong coffee, 2 different labels on it . Also committed error with the car in front, more than once. Had to drive around the block again, Since it was a drive thru.

This is probably my favorite location & trust me I go to a whole Lotta DD's ALL through New York City, Long Island & NY in general. The service is a plus because they're really super nice in there. You always have 1 location w/ nasty employees but i've yet to have any issues here ever. Mt drink is always made perfectly I love sweet so I order the CARAMEL CRAZE ICED LATTE.. Get it in a Large size it's literally only .70 cents more and I get 8 pumps of CARAMEL...It is friggin' AMAZING!!!! Their new breakfast tacos are tiny but really surprisingly good.Parking: They have atleast 10 car parking lot FREE and it's NEVER EVER PACKEDWheelchair accessibility: There's no steps it's all a level surface if you're wheelchair boundDietary restrictions: Just tell me what you want
