Feels itchy and have no respect....the ppl are throwing itching things bugs or stranded fabric s.....I am the door. Man and I do not sleep like this.........I live alone in a whole different borough....why are they treating u like that....I work for my self........ Dunkin even let's kids order at 10am... please pay attention to ur streets we did not live like this 10 years back....free ur self this is fake Muslim women using every one...

Terrible Service. The workers need to get fired. I waited 15 minutes for 1 coffee and 3 donuts. They didn't have what I ordered and refused to accommodate me with other items because of a 89 cent price difference. Then the worker got rude and kicked me out the store and refused to provide their names.

Since when does Dunkin Donuts charge you an extra dollar for getting your drink wrong? I ordered an iced medium toasted white chocolate latte and they gave me a hot latte. I said I didn’t order hot I ordered iced. Everyone looks at me as if I made the mistake and no one wanted to make my correct order. They wouldn’t make my order if I didn’t pay an $1 for their mistake. Highly disappointed! And everyone there has an attitude. Why would I want food from someone who doesn’t even want to be there.

This store is always out of what you want. They never have any of the promotional drinks. And the servers never know how to do anything. And if they don't have what you ordered on the app instead of suggesting something else they tell you to call customer service and they don't like giving refunds here. The three ladies on shift today did not know how to do ANYTHING

So I’ve been having these kind of issue on regular basis and the only reason I go there is that its close to my work. I usually ignore and get my stuff and leave, but today I had to reach to this portal because of the workers unprofessional attitude and manner and the way she was dealing. I had a coupon for a signature latte for $3 I presented it to her and she rudely ignored and told me it cannot be applied, and when I told her why is that she said no I don’t know so you have to pay full price because you always give us coupon or get free stuff and my boss doesn’t like this( free stuff is from the points I get when I spend money) . When I told her i am spending money and paying full price so what makes you thinking you are doing me a favor, but she kept arguing and tried to disrespect me in front of the other people!!! I kept asking I need to talk to the supervisor but she kept avoiding me and making me pay full price or leave the store!!! Which I did and went to the other Dunkin that was few mins away and guess what they applied the same coupon that I tried using it in the first store. So they are basically stealing money by not applying the coupon or pretending the coupon isn’t valid!!! I don’t understand why isn’t there a person who is reading these reviews or a district manager. Makes me think they don’t care and ignore the Dunkin policy!!! I am attaching the receipt from the other store I purchased my drinks, which clearly shows the difference between the prices. It was supposed to be $10 with the coupon like it shows on the receipt but the first store was charging me $16 for the same product. That’s stealing

The worse employees in the afternoon shift. No acknowledge of what they are doing. Horrible customer service. No welcoming at all. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they ignored me. This store only function in the morning with the employees that work early shift. Horrible experience

All these bad reviews and NOTHING is being done untill we stop spending our miney there that is anyway This location in the evening is the worst by far the donuts are always stale and the man that works there is rude and Unprofessional ordered an Avocado toast with bacon the man gave me 3 pieces of bacon which is ok but he cooked it down so small it looked like there was barely anything on it when i asked for a refund I was told I had to come back in the morning because the manager didn t give him the code so i told him to make the toast over then he proceeded to argue with me as to how many pieces the toast should get This man LACKS customer service and every time I write a review NotHING happens its ridiculous the ladies in the morning are great but that man at night needs to rethink his profession because he is not a customer service person and should be retrained especially since he is not trustworthy enough to be given access to make a refund What kind of employees do you have

Bad customer service , the two lady’s are super slow there’s always a line . People are in a rush to get to work and they take their time . My order got made wrong TWICE . I asked for two glazed donuts the blond lady just gave me 1 & charged me twice . The bagels turn out burnt . HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. They need to be replaced ! I also asked for a bag since I had multiple items they didn’t want to give me a bag . HORRIBLE PLACE
