Horrible horrible waited in line for 39 min before being able to order.. made me late for a meeting the worker are very slow!! Even caused two customer to get into a arguement bc of the service smh! Worst ever!

Why is there a long line and only one register being used and why is everyone moving so slow. I’m not trying to be mean but there were seven people behind the counter moving in slow motion as the line progressively got longer. One gentleman seems to be confused about how to make the drinks… This is a coffee shop and the first place most of us stop at before going to work. This is New York…. Please be more prepared for morning service. ❤️

Horrible service! Very slow! Ordered from the app a full 20 minutes before walking in & had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes. When the order was finally done & I was going to get it, I was rudely told to "WAIT!". This staff needs some retraining ASAP!

This Dunkin never gets my order wrong so I appreciate them. The place is also clean every time I go and most of the employees are straightforward and chill. A worker did roll her eyes at me which was rude but I give them the benefit of the doubt for not getting my order wrong. As long as the food is fine, I can care less about the customer service when it comes to fast food. At the end of the day this is New York what do you expect lmao

Service is a little slow sometimes. Everytime i go there i see only 2 people working. Line is sometimes long and the place is a little small. I only go there when there's no other Dunkin options. But overall their latte is good. But not my first choice as a Dunkin location.

One of the girls that works there has a bad attitude and apart from that she uses the phone while she was taking care of me I don't know what kind of workers this company hires!
Ordered on 3 seperate occasions, all 3 were for a dozen custom donuts. All 3 times the donuts given were different from what was requested. If you don't have the particular donut and substituted it for another you should notify the customer.

keep hiring new people who dont follow no directions. I always order an ice matcha latte less ice extra matcha with oatmilk. I got a lot of ice and barely any matcha. it is ice and straight milk. They keep hiring people who can't follow simple directions. There's only one person who seems to make it properly and when you tell they other workers they stare at you like you are speaking a completely different language. Please hire more intelligent people that don't stare at you like you have a 3rd head!!!!
