It's a really nice place to buy a cup of coffee, or or an iced coffee, or anything else that you want to eat or drink from that store. They keep the store, including the front counter nice and clean and neat. The behaviors coming from the customer service representatives are not all that great, but they are okay. If you have enough money to spend on the food that they sell, then you might want to buy something from them.

I would not recommend there is a lady there she is very nasty she works in am shift went there once went again she did same thing never again some people forget they have a job because we go there but i wont be going there ever i go to a better dunkin where i see people are treated with respect and friendly so for people that dont like there job quit if you dont like it shes rude to alot of people manager should be careful who they hire

I loved how the Spanish lady in here asked how much oat milk I wanted in my coffee. Has to be the first I was ever asked. They always either put too little and I’d have to ask to put more. ? Gracias
I ordered food for my family and the pesto sandwich was not toasted at all not even lightly; Server was spanish tall guy. ? were so disappointed. Waste of money ?.

I frequent this DD often but this morning there was a young man working by himself. Even by himself, he was very pleasant and was able to handle orders even with a line of people. He definitely deserves some praise because some folks didn’t even say thank you to this man working hard.
