The hibachi is very good. Their miso soup is alright not the best but their calamari is great. I got their lemon drop martini and it was good. Could have been a bit stronger but it was good overall.

What an absolutely fun and incredible experience. The restaurant is very lively, even on a Monday evening in the winter so you can imagine what it would be like in the summer months. A reservation is highly recommended, especially if you want seating at the grill but on off days you shouldn't have a problem with a walk in. Well depending on the group size. The menu is plentiful but simple, so many options to choose from and even good vegetarian options. The servers were very attentive, polite and friendly. The chef was extremely entertaining. You can tell he loves his job to the fullest. First he confirmed everyone's orders so he could prepare them properly and confirm and food allergies. Because I'm allergic to shrimp he cooked my steak first and served it so he could cook everything else without contaminating my food so that was very appreciative. He cooked with style, flair and a huge smile. The guests were very happy with the presentation and cooking. The price may seem high at first glance but you get what you pay for. I ordered the new York steak and it was served with grilled vegetables first then egg fried rice then noodles and then the protein cooked exactly how I wanted it. I was very happy with the overall experience and food and I highly recommend this place to anyone who has never been to a hibachi restaurant.

Flames is a great hibachi restaurant. Portions are hearty and worth going. Food is awesome and the interior decor is aesthetically pleasing. The only partial downside is the parking. Parking is free, but it’s a shared open lot with other businesses and it’s first come first served. As in, if the lot is full, you might be waiting a few for parking.

Food and the hibachi chefs are wonderful. They have a private room that seats 20 which is great for parties. Flame is also very family friendly.Dietary restrictions: Chef was able to accommodate shellfish and gluten allergies.

I'm giving this restaurant three stars because the food was good but there are other things that were unsatisfactory. Let start with the food ordered sushi and i was not given chopsticks i had to get up and walk to the front to get them myself. Secondly they don't have apple juice for children all they have is orange and cranberry and we know most kids drink apple. Lastly i asked for a separate check from a party i was with and i was told no because its to much work and i asked as the waiter was taking my order. Most restaurants i go to do allow a separate check however it's limited to about 3-4 check. While the food was decent i don't see myself going back I'd rather go to edos.

I got food poisoning from the sea bass and the response was did I tell the server it was undercooked and I need to get a doctor's note to get a refund. Also they did not accommodate my broken jaw. I was told I have to get dumplings or shrimp and cannot just get extra rice. Very disappointed. Cook food properly and if not just give a refund.

Hibachi is a really exciting experience. We really enjoyed our time there. It is entertaining the whole time, you never get bored. The food was pretty good and the service was excellent. I highly recommend having this experience.
