This place has honestly gotten awful. New owners and it completely shows as the level of quality has dropped immensely. I will probably never return here. For one I cant even understand how they serve this and tell me its an omelette this is honestly extremely sad. You should not be able to peel cold cheese out of what is supposed to be an omelette...

Ordered a couple of times and the last 2 times have been very disappointing. The sodas were not cold, and they seemed to have been opened they were a bit flat. They got my order wrong, I was really looking forward to my sandwich, and had to eat something that was less appetizing. I have also tried the burgers, they aren’t tasty at all, felt like I was eating cardboard. The one good thing on the menu are the Cuban sandwiches, I guess I’ll stick to that .

I miss Frank n Joe's when they were at the Westchester Sq location. I went today cause I was nearby & had the meatball parm sandwich. WOW, how much I MISS having that. It was delicious. Too bad they close early.

Came here for the first time today. Place got really good reviews. At the time of writing this review it's 4.5 stars. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with black pepper on a hero and had a large water. The total with tax came to $12.48, which seems a little excessive for just these two items. I paid with my credit card because they do accept that form of payment here which is nice in the bronx. I took my food and left to eat my bacon egg and cheese. The bread was pretty good. I love seeded bread, but the sandwich didn't taste like anything. Also the bacon was very fatty and very chewy. I had higher hopes for this place because of the other yelpers reviews. But unfortunately I was highly disappointed. Maybe it was an off day, I would come back again and try some of their other sandwiches and hot food offerings.

Wish wr could post zero stars. Horrible. We ordered 3 meals from them today. It came without the sides of dressing although they claim they wrote it down. The 3 sandwiches were all wrong. The worst part was the owner insisted they never get orders wrong when we called. Rude service, inedible food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
