Moved to the area 5 years ago and this was our go to spot as loyal customers. Sadly, the service and food quality has worsened over the years. I considered ordering tonight as I had vowed not to order again from them since I had a bad experience a couple of months ago. I had placed an order on seamless where I have always ordered through and had received a notification from the courier that the restaurant claimed the pies had been delivered although they hadn't. Called the restaurant and was rudely told that they had been picked up by a different courier. In the end, offered no solution was unapologetic. Tried replacing the order and they cancelled it on their end. So I ended up having to dispute that charge. That brings me to this evening where I decided to give them another try for a quick dinner. Now they're charging a $7 service fee. An additional $7 aside from a tip AND a .49 delivery fee. Insanity. I had to opt for Domino's which is in the same vicinity.

Rude employees who are impatient & disrespectful on the phone. Asked simply how much an order was since I ordered several things and "tax" being an obvious factor plus I put money aside for the tip, the savage then responds with an attitude "You do the math" to which I promptly hung up on the moron since it's clear they don't want to make money. Keep up the hostility and see how much customers you'll get in the long run. ??

The white Italian man at the front is very rude and disrespectful. Has no education and doesn’t know how to speak to people respectfully. If you are Hispanic… pay a lot of attention and avoid this place at all cost because he doesn’t like Hispanic people.

Very rude and unprofessional. Do not buy from here. The customer service is awful. The man who takes the order always has an attitude and wants to insult people. Not sure why they have him working the front if he can’t control himself. This restaurant is going down because of the terrible customer service.

Every time I visit this place beautiful memories comes to.mind from my childhood. This place been here for decades and their food is always delicious and the people are nice and kind all the time. Keeps better and better!

The pizza and the zeppole is good but the service is extremely bad. When you walk into a store and are very polite you should get the same response but that wasn't the case. The man that wasn't even attending to me was extremely rude this not being his first time. I have come here frequently and always have a problem with the same guy service used to be so good I'm very disappointed and sometimes makes me regret going here.

Customer service was horrible. The person that answers to take my order was very rude. Rushing and giving a lot of attitude. Continuously cut me off mid sentence and then hung up. Would not recommend. Either they get new workers or get shut down! Never ordering again especially after reading the review of the roach on the table.

I have ordered from this pizzeria for a while now, the food is decent but the employees are extremely rude. Im not sure if it’s a new employee because it wasn’t my experience before. They claim to no longer deliver to my avenue after a year of placing orders. If you want to deal with rude people that hang up on you mid sentence this is the place.
