Love the place. The atmosphere is very trendy and gives off instagram vibes. The music is always top notch and art on the walls are fun. Now to the more serious parts… the food itself is okay. It’s nothing to really jump around for. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty cool as you get to customize it to your liking donut wise for $1 extra. The donuts get hard after having purchase them for about 15-20 minutes which is the car ride home that’s the only thing I would say sucks.Now, the custom service is not the best. There is a young man that has helped me and my best friend out three times and he’s been very professional, consumer friendly and just is genuinely nice. There is a you g lady there that I believe is the cook (wears glasses for reference)… which is not friendly at all. Customer service is at a 0. Never wanna be serviced by her again. There has been another lady that is friendly that has checked me out twice and customer service was amazing. She’s a short woman. Very very nice.Try it out for local cool donuts. That’s about it.

Love this local spot. We stop here regularly and have never had a bad donut, the coffee and lattes drinks are also super creative and also are delicious. The workers here are always super nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is just positive. Once we went in and they made fresh donuts plain for our toddler (we’d helped ourselves to the sugary creations) when they noticed we hadn’t gotten her anything. Love this local spot!

The coffee, the donuts, the atmosphere, the staff! Exceptional. The parking situation is annoying and I wish I had gotten there earlier to get fresher donuts, but that’s just personal preference. I’ll be back for more. I tried the Oreo donut, the churro donut and a cappuccino. The Oreo donut was my favorite but they were all great.

Place is cool if you’re a school -aged kid or one of those people who post food to IG/TikTok for brownie points(no pun intended).Food is sub-par and not something to write home about . Can’t see it making it past 2 years ,nor keeping its doors open past 4 .Also had a staff member try to school me on how it isn’t a restaurant , but a “coffee shop” …. ? . Donuts aren’t the only things missing something I see ?

Our friend suggested this place. We went early morning. Got one of each donut and dad bod sandwich. Food was great. The sandwich was great. The coffee is okay. I got the butter pecan cookie crunch. The hot chocolate was better than the coffee.

Man what a nice and trendy hip spot for your donut crave and coffee spot!! I absolutely love the chocolate moose donut that has a oh so good brownie on top, and man just the right crunch with the fruity pebbles donut!!! I'm telling you folks it's lit . The staff was so helpful in guiding me through the menu as I navigated my taste buds. So go and get grounded any the Grounds donut house!!

I got the pancake doughnut and the inside was literally filled with that super sweet pillsbury frosting that you get at the grocery store. They couldn’t even make their own filling. ? it was also $20 for 3 doughnuts and a small iced coffee.

Always a pleasure stopping by Grounds coffee shop. Didn't get a donut today but the caramel coffee cake donut is one of my favorites as well as the cookies and cream donut as well. I had to stop by just to get a Ube latte which is a purple yam latte to say for the most part and I promise it's so yummy. It's creamy while balancing the natural sweetness from the yam and the caffeine definitely worth a try. Customer service 5/5 the staff here is very helpful especially if you need suggestions Ambiance: 5/5 although there is only 2 seats inside and not much space to chill and hang out especially if crowded. The graffiti on wall makes for a great conversation piece as well as the grass wall on the other side for photos. Food & Drinks: 5/5 there's something for everybody on the menu even if you are not that into sweets they offer classic donuts as well, and as far as the drinks go they also have other beverages that is not Coffee on the menu.

The place is certainly attractive but the donuts are NOT worth the price they charge. Dunkin Donuts makes much better donuts than Grounds. I had a jelly donut, which was filled significantly more than DD offers, but it lacked any flavor. It honestly felt like I was eating jelly filled cardboard for $4. Way overpriced for relatively cheap quality. To be real, I feel like these higher ratings are just friends of whoever owns this place just to give it more hype since not many stores are able to last these days in this area.
