I found the place to be beautiful, spacious, and highly lively and organized. When my companions walked in, the vibe felt right and we were soon welcomed with anticipation for a good experience. Soon, the waiter allowed us time to come up with our orders. Within 10 minutes, the waiter took our orders and restated them for clarification. That is an excellent way to confirm and modify any changes. The waiter was worth it. When the food was presented, the plates were gorgeous. I had to take pictures of the dishes. The taste of the basil soup is sublime - perfect. We had to settle down after our meal to catch up with events and other trivial matters in this cozy environment. My friends and I received one of the best customer service in this IHOP.Vegetarian options: IHOP is known for its delicious pancakes. That alone is excellent for a vegetarian diet. They also have French Toast, Chocolate Cake, and Waffles.Kid-friendliness: IHOP is known to be kid-friendly for decades. It is a family-oriented franchise. When you visit an IHOP, it is often packed with families and children. They even have a kids menu designed for a child’s palette.

I treated my 3 cousins to IHOP. 1 adult and 2 little cousins 6 & 7 years old. They loved it. They were so happy and very full at the end.Our waitress was magnificent and so friendly. You should be very glad that you hired her. I would like her to be my waitress again when I return. I would rate the waitress 10+I had mash potatoes with fried fish. It was cooked perfectly. This time I didn't have any vegies.veggies. My cousins had a diff dish from me.Kid-friendliness: My little cousins 6 & 7 yrs old had a blast. After waiting for more than 20 minutes for a table of 3. Every single group that came after me and a couple that was in front of me, was call and got a table. Was it because me and the other couple is spanish? Very dissatisfied. When I approached the so call mgr in charge (Amed) he just kept on walking. After calling him a fee times, he just gave us a ( wait you turn) (whatever) excuse. More that 30 minutes and still waiting

Whole floor was sticky. Service was terrible. Waitresses all had attitudes. Food took forever and so did the bill. Every time we asked for check a Waitress said wait for your Waitress. There is no team work or communication. Some of these girls had attitudes and were ignoring guests. Won't be coming back. ✌️

For starters the food was delicious. My issue was, we were seated next to the kitchen and you can hear the arguments back there between the servers. The garbage can was so high up with garbage and everyone kept throwing things on top. No one cared enough to clean that. If that garbage that was visible was that filled with spilling garbage I can imagine the inside of that kitchen how dirty it must be. They need to keep more order in there. It’s sad because the food was good. My server was not attentive at all , she came with the food and disappeared , had to ask someone else for napkins.

Most likely i will not visit this ihop location on Presidents’ Day ever again. I get it, its a holiday and most people are off but this establishment should have come up with a plan to prepare with the numerous amount of people that showed up to dine in. I’m not just speaking for myself but also what i witnessed about other diners. First, there was a wait time to get seated which did not feel like the “10 to 15 minutes”. Then once seated, there was a much longer wait to order food. Saw others around me looking for waitresses to order their meals especially families with kids after waiting for so long and then at the end folks patiently waiting to pay their bills. Hopefully a full staff can help next time with so many people to avoid peoples time being wasted just to get serviced.
